Breakfast was good. Pastry was great! Dinner menu was limited but the slow-cooked lamb shank was delicious. Staff was super friendly
Rooms open directly to the wildness. Had to walk to the restaurant in the rain. Wind and rain pounding on windows/door the entire night. Wishing the insulation had been better

Location is good to explore but there is no store close except a gas station in 3 km away

It is located at a convenient crossroads. They had a really nice breakfast.
There is no interior hallway to the reception or breakfast areas from the room, which would be really nice, given the weather. Staff was just going through the motions.

The room was absolutely beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The TV was a smart TV with Netflix, so we were able to be proper couch potatoes for the only time the week that we were in Iceland. It was a very comfortable room.
The shower was luke-warm. Unfortunately no matter how long we ran it for, it never got hot.

We made a reservation to novmber 22 although we meant fir july 23. We were not in Iceland on november 22. Clearly a mistake but hotel has not been responsive
Zero communication with the hotel. We had a problem but the hotel doea not communicate. It was our mistake we asked very nicely for a compromise. They could not agree BUT THE DON'T REPLY EVEN IF JUST TO SAY NO 😪

Amazing food and staff. The best dinners we found on the west of Iceland. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good food diversity and I like that we had a Nespresso machine.

Comfy hotel almost in the middle of nowhere :)
Friendly staff. The hotel has a restaurant, which is quite convenient for dinner and that we recommend. Would come back again.
Ps. As Italians, we appreciated a lot the Nespresso coffee machine for breakfast
