Luxury and spacious. Great location. Perfect for a family.

They ruined my birthday and the children’s New Year without any compensation, and I also had to beg them for pillows and blankets, which were not enough for 3 people. in a 3-room apartment there was one single blanket, although each room had double beds.

I rented an apartment for the New Year Еve and for my birthday (31/12) back in May 2023, on the 5th or 7th floor we were looking for a view of the city, so the apartment was more expensive compared to other apartment options. When we arrived , we were taken to the 3rd floor and my family and I were given an apartment of a completely different type, overlooking the courtyard. I was told the apartments I rented were not available and if i am not happy they would give money back I should look for somewhere else. That’s 2 days before new year eve when there no other options. I, my 3.5 year old son, my sister who is due to give birth in 2 weeks and her son who is 6 years old and this is a couple of days before the new year with two children, I am very upset the New Year’s Eve and my birthday is ruined now. This is disgusting and unacceptable . I have no words, they took money from me for an apartment that does not have a view of the city, is not on the 7th floor and does not even exist on Booking.com. I checked from 1/01/24-31/12/24 this apartment does not exist. Nobody let me know that apartment I paid for was not available until arrival. Not at any stage. I can provide photos. I sent another complaint to Booking on 30/12 but they told that they can’t do nothing and apologise. Also can provide our customer service conversation.

Amazing apartment. The location is excellent with walking proximity to restaurants, cafes and shops. 10 minutes walk to the centre of the city. A few parks are just around the corner.

The kitchen is not properly equipmmed. Only 4 glasses and couple of bowls. Need more plates/glasses/cups etc. also no info about wifi and password. In general more info would be needed (garbage, TV, etc) And only got 1 key which is not enough. A family needs at least 2 keys.

It was modern, immaculately clean, well equipped and in a great location. We were even allowed to use the apartment until the end of the day we were leaving as we had a late flight, so that was really helpful.
