Everything perfect! Great and very friedly host, comfortable beds, spacious flat with two terraces and everything you need, few minutes to the beach, near the bus stop, shops and restaurants. Thanks for perfect vacation 🙂

Excellent hosts always available to answer questions and help us out. This made our stay so much better and absolutely no hassles. Highly recommended. We stayed a whole month so a well stocked kitchen was a bonus.

The area is not the best for restaurants etc in the winter months. However, this meant it was quiet and excellent for beach walking so a win for us but maybe not for others.

Absolutely stunning accommodation! Not a single word can be said against it. Clean spotless, very roomy, equipped with everything you may possibly need and more. Kitchen is large and fully equipped, even a proper stove and oven, and dishwasher is available. Plates, glasses, cutlery, a big fridge/freezer, simply everything. There was a large round dining table, a sofa, as well as a TV both in the kitchen and master bedroom. The bathroom is large with a toilet and bidet, a shower and a washing machine. Both bedrooms are large, with huge balconies and sunblindes, and many closets. We have a boy and a girl : and the beds were equally prepared with matching sheets one with pink blanket and one with brown (these small details were the top!). The owners are very friendly, the lady on site hearty and welcoming, always ready to help. The apartment is so close to the beach, that you step out of the door and you're literally there. It wasn't crowdy, which was perfect for us, and very clean, with shallow water, ideal for the kids. Very quiet area, with a view at San Marino. Parking was right next to the house behind a gate, we got 2 sets of keys and a remote for the gate. We are grateful that we could stay there, and once back to Rimini, we will not be looking for anything else.

Having 2 bedrooms in this apartment we fit comfortable with 3 kids. Apartment itself looks very clean and fresh, which is nice. Beach is just 2 minutes to walk. We had umbrella and 2 beds included in the cost, which is also nice and convenient. Hosts were very kind and helpful, being well accessible via Booking chat in case of any questions. Big advantage is also parking place inside the house yard, which is rare situation in Rimini. We were really glad to find and stay in this place and are thankful to hosts for their hospitality.

The house was clean and the owner of the property was really polite and helpful. We have asked for some additional blankets the first night as it was pretty cold and they provided to us immediately.

Construction works on the whole road next to the beach and close to the house. It was not possible to walk by the beach until almost Rimini. There were some points of the road where there was no access for pedestrians who were obliged to go in the middle of the street with cars and bycicles. Many cars were also taking the way of the road in the wrong sense. Very dangerous and disorganised. Furthermore you could hear the works from the beach and from the house with windows opened. I think we should have been advised on the booking about this current situation of the town. I would also add the air conditioning in the apartment as the fans I think are not sufficient when the temperature increases.
