Cozy room just a few minutes from Abbadia's centre, newly furnished (I loved the design!), with a large shower and a common space at the entrance to have a tea or even cook. Self check-in procedure was smooth and clearly explained, it's a pity not to meet the hosts but this allows you to get in whenever you want. Car parking easy to find nearby.

The surroundings are a bit shabby, even if it's quite next to the famous Abbazia. I would provide some teas and sweets for the guests in the common room

It was so spacious, well designed and comfortable. We loved staying here and taking strolls through the medieval village. Super easy and comfortable check in! We loved it here!!

Good location close to the Abbadia. We are walking the Via Francigena and it was easy to find.

The system is all automatic so we didn't meet anyone at all to welcome us during our two day stay.

We LOVED the room! Such a unique style and great value for money. Automated check-in was super easy. Everything is new and extremely clean. Great location close to thr abbey and the medieval town centre. We'll be back!

The bed pillows were brand new but a little too thin in our opinion...a couple more would be great :)

Really nice looking room and bathroom. Really clean. You could make coffe and take out with you. Nice restaurant downstairs.

Parking on the street - it's not soo easy to find place to park. Other guest wchich come later to other rooms were incredible loud. You can hear everything what's going on the hall. No fridge in the room but there is one in shared space

Excellent accommodation, big room, well looked-after and exceptionally clean. Close to the Bagni San Filippo. Our expectations were exceeded. A must stay in the area

The appartement is very well, classy and beautifully equipped, it has a comfortable atmosphere. It was absolutely clean and the check-in process (online check-in & keybox) was easy. It's situated in a typical rural village center, so the surrounding is not very special, but the landscape around the village is beautiful.
