I am furious by Vacassa not being aware that the unit has no cable tv. You had to have known because the owner wrote it on a note in the unit. Also, when we checked in on Sunday, I reported that the living room tv had 3 tv remotes on a table in the living room with no instructions about how to use them I reported all this by phone to a Vacassa representative who said she would send a person to review the situation. That was Sunday afternoon. Today is Tuesday afternoon, we have checked out and someone left us a phone message on our way home that he would see if he could solve our questions about the remotes. Twice I called service representatives about the problems and one said she agreed with me that we should receive a refund for our stay and she would process the request. I would like to know the status of that refund. Bill McBrine

Poor coordination with management. When we arrived the temperature in the apartment was 80 degrees. We called the local number and he said he would get someone out as soon as possible. We called again the next day and he said the same thing. I called another number, I think maybe a corporate number, and the lady said "don't worry about it" and hung up. I called back several times and they never answered. The next day I got a text that said there was no A/C in that unit. If I would have known that before I would not have stayed there because of my allergies and I can't sleep with the windows open.

The location was wonderful and had a great view of the ski slopes. Beautifully updated.

The living room could have used at least one recliner and an ottoman for a foot rest. Only upright chairs were available and wasn't too comfortable when watching TV.
