My host Mr Arts was very welcoming and accommodating. It felt home away from home. Location is good I didn’t get lost was easy to find.
As they say 1st cut is the deepest, this was such a positive welcome for a 1st timer in that Land.

Art is the ultimate host. Amiable and caring person who connects immediately with you and assists in any way he can.
Great neighbourhood and surrounds to take walks and occasional run.

Art was very personable and the room and living areas were very clean.
I had expected to be able to use the advertised clothes washer and dryer mid-stay, but was told the rule was that I couldn't use it until day six - and I was only staying for five days. This wasn't advertised when I booked and didn't change when I said that I was travelling light and it would leave me in dirty clothes... Maybe Art will not stick so rigidly to his rule in future for other guests, or make the rule clear on his description but I suggest anyone checks before booking if it's not clear.

This was my first time with a B&B situation, but it was wonderful and I would do it again. I got up early each morning and got in late each night, but it wasn't an issue. The landlord made sure I was very comfortable throughout the entire stay.
There wasn't much to not like.

As a solo women traveler, I was nervous to rent a room with a male host. But the first moment I met Art, he made me felt very comfortable before I even got to his place. He assisted me with direction from the airport & his phone number. Once I got to his cute & clean place, he gave me a tour and provided me with a personal set of house keys.
I was able to roam freely, and use all of his amenities 24/7. He responded quickly, and resolved any issues I had with the room. I’m grateful that he surprised with breakfast for Easter, since I was traveling alone. I felt like home, and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again in the future.

I liked that it was clean and the room have its own bathroom
Because I traveled by myself, and the house is owned by a man, I was uncomfortable. It it was a house of a woman, I believe I would've been a little more comfortable. One night it was cold and I didn't feel comfortable to turn the heat on because of all the rules which was understandable because it's his home, but I wasn't even comfortable to ask, but the event I came in town for ended very late in the night, so my comfort level was at a 2

Very cozy like being at home. The location is excellent, the host was very friendly, and respected my space. I will definitely be staying there again in the very near future!

The house is pretty you have your own bathroom which is comfortable
The bed is a queen bed but it s a blowable mattress on the floor who is not the most comfortable So it s too expensive for that.
A rude note was left because I forget to wash a glass... Keep in mind that I have to wash the only pan to cook.
The radio was on in his bedroom on the same level of mine all night long door opened.

It was my first time in Atlanta and the host helped me figure out what I was going to do those days that I was down there for. He was extremely nice. Very charismatic. Place was absolutely clean and only a quick drive to the middle of the city. I would definitely recommend for solo Travellers like myself or even Travelers of two. Best hotel I've ever stayed at
