it’s clean

it has a pool but unfortunately it’s not as clean the water level is very low and unfortunately on a hot summer day night the pool is closed at 5 pm and opening at 8.30 am next day unfortunately we have 6 kids having nothing to do after 5pm it’s a holiday caravan Park, but unfortunately the kids are not allowed to go in the gaming room after five. Also have to get out at five because the pool will be closed. not happy at all

Great location, is a quiet place to stay and not busy. Decent facilities for families. Friendly staff and clean cabins.

The hot water in shower would go cold then hot again during shower very annoying.

Quick stop over but couldn't be more impressed with the service and facilities. Management went above and beyond to ensure my family's comfort with a personal touch of providing a welcome gift. Cabin and grounds were immaculate. We are hoping to return for an extended stay.

Nothing! Everything was perfectly presented and service second to none.

The staff was super friendly, booking was easy, great location. The cabin was very clean.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The mattress looked a bit old and very very soft.

Very clean for a pet friendly cabin especially great for us as we don't actually own a pet! That was the only cabin left at the time of booking. Great heated pool for the kids.and was a decent size.

Not enough warm blankets for the main room. A walk-in wardrobe but with no coat hangers 🫤.. We stayed 3 nights and were not allowed any fresh towels.. reception said that you only get fresh towels more than 3 nights stay.. No pool towels provided as you're expected to use your used bath towels...I didn't expect 4 fresh towels..at least one or two more to get by..

The staff were pleasant.

Have stayed in similar accommodation in the past and found this very cramped by comparision.

originally the price on booking, however on actually staying at the location you quickly realise why.

nothing deluxe about this villa, no working internet or tv and villa actually located next to a busy highway for early morning trucks speeding past.

Location, value for money

Cockroaches everywhere in the cabin, must have killed 5 per day. Dust lying around, not very clean. Have seen way better at Big4/Ingenia.
