The kitchen could be better equipped; Wi-fi was weak and often unreliable.

The apartment was clean and big. Good location for the Galata Museum and Genova Aquarium. Just on the Pier!

The proximity to the highway and pedestrian area next to it that is dangerous after 10:00 PM.

Modern apartment. keyless. Nice kitchen. Suberb location. Sun in the morning.

Maybe some more utensils in kitchen. adaptors for electrical sockets. Lack of sockets, one lamp could not be lit.

Big flat just by the harbour and city centre. Quite near the railway station. Lovely bed and coffee machine. What more could you want!

Check in at two and nowhere to put our bags for several hours when we arrived by train.

Absolutely everything. The host was super nice and friendly. As for the apartment, it was superb. Immense, spreading on two floors, with everything you could possibly need. The view, also, was superb-- well worth braving the morning chill to have coffee with a view. Would love to come back someday.

I liked the apartments. Convenient location, large balcony, beautiful view from the window. The apartments have everything you need. We were greeted by Elizabeth, she was very polite, caring and pleasant. She made our stay as comfortable as possible and for that we are very grateful to her. If we are in Genoa again, we will definitely come back here.

The accommodation was not up to description. Broken furniture, broken toaster, dishwasher taped up broken. One set of towels for 2 adults for 4 nights. Cigarette butts were left on the small terrace and 3 flower pots. The walls were badly stained. The rooms smelt of smoke. Consequently I complained to the key holder within 1 hour of checking in.The response was dismissive and careless. MUCH WORSE was to follow. I discovered the apartment door would not open. The door lock mechanism was broken, we were trapped in an apartment on the second floor. Calls and emails to to key holder were not answered. I eventually called booking.com for assistance.We were eventually released via an adjacent apartment door at 1am, we checked out immediately without opening our bags, my confidence broken in this excuse of a holiday apartment.

I liked nothing. Out of six accommodations in Italy this was by far the worst.

It was quite hard to park. google maps kept taking me to the port.

Large apartment with fantastic balcony over looking the harbour. Easy to get to from the train station. Communication with the hosts was extremely easy and friendly

Unfortunately the wifi key was lost and unable to connect for the duration of the stay

Just in 10 minutes from Genova Piazza Principe railways station. Easy access from city airport by bus or train. Ideal location in walking distance from major attractions. Spacious apartment, cozy, clean, comfortable. Nice view from a balcony where you can serve your breakfast. In 7 minutes there is Eataly food store / restaurant where you can buy all you need fror a breakfast or dinner.

Good localization - close to the old town, stores, restaurants and some attractions. A lot of space inside the apartment. Big balcony with an interesting view. Helpful host (Elisabetta) - we received all the important and useful information. Big kitchen with all the things you need - including coffee.

Very bad Wi-Fi - no sigal at all. The apartment should be renovated as it is visible that a lot of people used it before. Quite noisy outside as there is a highway with big traffic in front of the windows. One air conditioner started to sink on the last day. No everything was so clean it could be better. No dishwasher.

The location is perfect. City is in walking distance. Parking is available with extra charge of 15€ per night. Good if you do not have to search for a parking because the area is very busy. Balcony is perfect for sitting outside.

The equipment in the kitchen is very limited. Only one pot. No pan. No cutting board. Hence, not suited to really cook. Everything was clean but couch and other interior is quite old and run-down

It would help on arrival if the information contained a small map, wrote about the barrier and had a phone number where the contact person can be reached. Elizabeta is committed, enthusiastic and very helpful. The accommodation has two floors and is very spacious. The bed linen and towels are super high quality and clean. Big bed with a wonderful mattress. Well-functioning wifi and air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Great terrace with a view of the harbor. All attractions are within walking distance.

I was lucky to get the 2-bedroom duplex so the apartment was very spacious with two good sized bathrooms and spacious showers. The balcony over the marina is lovely (exactly as per the photos). Bed is very comfortable. There's air con, hair dryer and washing machine (but no iron). As others have noted you have to go through a couple of doors to get to the apartment but it's easy and there are lifts. Close to main attractions.

It's a bit sterile. There are no pictures on the walls and it feels just functional, not homely. For example my next apartment had spare adaptors, which was very helpful as I forgot mine. I'm not sure whether shower gel and soap are provided or whether these had just been left by other occupants. There was no tea towel or sponge to clean dishes. And having upstairs and downstairs bathrooms isn't much use of there aren't spare towels

Good localisation, near to the Old Town, reastaurants, marina, oceanarium, many attraction places around etc

great location - not far from the station. our host was excellent and showed us the flat. He helped me set up the tv via whatapp at night so we could watch the womens football. nice bar downstairs from the flat. my husband lived sitting in the balcony. the washing machine was a nice surprise.
