Internet in the room didn't work!

We booked the hotel with the specific given option for a double bed but when we went to the reception the lady refused to give us such a room because it costs more. Even after explaining the situation she said that they have such rooms if we want but we need to pay additionally which was not specified anywhere. The pillows were very old and not comfortable. We were trying to be mild in our thoughts having in mind it is a cheep hotel and two stars and we cannot expect more but still it could be improved at least a bit.

The room was good.

The manager is very rude. And they wanted to charge me 130 leva while I made reservation for 90 leva for 2 nights, they did not even want to see my reservation. She even told me to leave in the most rude way. I think they do this often to scam people. Please dont use this hotel at all.

Location is good. Close to the city center and train station.The room is dirty. There is a cigarette smell eventhough it is a non-smoking hotel. The bathroom is also dirty. The furniture is old. If you have to stay there ask for deluxe room , not the basic. The basic is very bad.
