Incapable de nous aider à la réception Nous avons eu un problème de téléphone. Quelqu’un devait venir mais il n’est jamais arrivé Puis demande de réserver un taxi tôt le matin qui n’a pas été réservé, petit dej fermé alors qu’on nous avait dit que le buffet froid serait prêt etc

Expansive property. Has character.

Not friendly for those who find it difficult to climb stairs. Not enough hot water in the shower. Probably understaffed. Breakfast service was tardy. Room service took forever with the staff kept telling me it is on the way.

Dinner hall/ restaurant space is very small and the dishes are limited

Breakfast options were good. Rooms are well built and silent. Place is built quite well away from city, but that can be a little negative as well, provided the drive way towards the Hotel from Aorport road is improved in near future. Facilities were exceptional and staff is polite.

The location (though its just around 2 KMs from Airport) is not that good on the way to Hotel. The Ownership needs to make efforts in improving the route from Airport till the Hotel. There are no street lights on the road, it makes you feel you are going far away from the city towards a village. Also, the Left turn from the Main Road towards the Hotel is very congested. Not specific to this hotel, but there should be fun activity or Play Zone for small kids as a part of a criteria for 5 star Hotels.

This is a new property with excellent staff !

Front office staff especially Bimal , were very helpful and prompt with their response . Pleasant and pristine environment . Hotel itself is grand with great space and fun activities for kids .
