What I like is the location, it is near to some tourist spots, and there is a shortcut going to Camalig.
if you are just to sleep and go... This is recommendable.
My expectation of an overview of the Mayon is not true.
I thought there was a veranda in our room but there is none.
The veranda is a common veranda, you have to go out of your room.
Our room is big, I like that, but the aircon is not fit to cool the room, you will going to request an electric fan.

Unsafe unfinished electrical works on wall of shower room, toiletries is only 1 small bar of soap for 2 persons, room arrangement is nearby main road with busy passerby trucks and buses, with front door having gaps between door and wall (poor workmanship), no available hot water

Location is very good, near to good restaurants and tourist attractions. Rooms are very spacious and also the water in the shower is very good although they don’t have water heater. From the roof deck of the property, you can have a glimpse of the beautiful Mayon Volcano.
It could been better if they can provide service water for all the guests, even one hot & cold water dispenser at the lobby.

This is a conveniently located hotel, not far from Bicol international airport. So if you have an early flight, it could be a good option.
The hotel is just a clean, quiet and safe place where you can halt for one night before continuing your journey.
They have a parking.
WiFi was good.
This hotel is not for leisure purpose, as there is nothing to make to stay cosy and relaxing: no garden, no bar to have a drink, no restaurant.
The neighborhood is not very welcoming: dirty, busy, noisy.
Food options in the area are limited: only the usual fast food chains that you can find everywhere else. Forget your healthy eating habits!

Room looked fun and the accomodation. Close to the airport.
The bathroom felt dirty. Very big without anything in it.
The room was very noisy. You could hear everything from the reception. And there was a kitchen or something behind the airco unit and you could hear everything.

very old and run down the furniture, electrical equipment, bathroom. One expects a fancier place, based on the publicated images. Airport dropoff service perfect and reasonable

Near to Cagsawa Ruins. Clean and staff are accommodating. Breakfast was fine. New building was nice and clean.
Smart had difficult signal inside the Casa. They provided wifi but during our stay however its not functional. We need to go out of the Casa or go to roof deck to get good signal which was very inconvenient.

it’s clean and neat
stairs steps are a bit steep for kids and seniors. parking is also very narrow.

they allow pets and they have power generator
the AC was too small for the room, it couldn't keep the room cool. the wifi couldn't reach the room there were limited power outlets (only for TV and electric fan) no extra ones for charging phone or laptop

The bathroom door lock is out of order, the bathroom floor has no proper drainage its always flooding, family suit room has no ref, no kettle, no mirror in the room, aircon is hot
