clean room. microwave in room.

water pressure in shower and sink. fridge had a bunch of ice that should of been taken out. and the bed was very uncomfortable. people hanging out in front of their doors. makes a new comer uncomfortable. and the tv channels were very few.

Owners were nice.

In a bad part of town. Homeless people / street workers coming in and out of that place. I came outside to a homeless guy with no pants on, passing out on the stairs. The room was not as clean as I hoped it would be (dead roaches / stained sheets / nasty stuff dried on the walls / floors were sticky

i DIDNT feel safe, there was hair dye on the walls, bathroom, the tv didn’t work, wifi unable to connect, I literally checked out 2 hours after trying to sleep and drove to a different place.

two separate domestic disputes happen when I stayed there and cops showed up which is good but overall I wouldn’t stay here because of the cliental the hotel attracts

I have to stay in Pomona several times a month for production work and I've stayed at this location before ... The must have recently all taken a class in hotel and customer service the experience was a delight, friendly helpful service and generous good cheer made all the difference ... I actually look forward to staying here again .what a remarkable difference .I won't stay any where else thank you for making my weekend so enjoyable Ryan carroll

Nothing to complain about .very clean and comforttable rooms ,reasonably priced considering the local competition could be a tad cheaper on the weekend nights paid 140 I think 120 would have settled but a minor issue considering the service & cleanliness I hope they keep up the good work

Nails coming out of the floor, gum stuck to the floor, bed and pillows were covered in blood vomit and semen stains, reeked of cigarettes, sticky brown substances in the fridge and shower, no pillow cases, stuffing coming out of pillows, pieces of used tampon stuck to the mattress, trash and alcohol bottles left inside the room, broken toilet, bathroom smelled strongly like old pee. Wear shoes in the room because the floor has never been cleaned.

Very much overpriced. Half of the staff didnt speak in English. I left 2 adapters in the room. I wanted to check if they have found it. I wrote 3 emails to them but never got any answer.

The staff are kind of off also it is not that safe sometimes people would just knock on your door asking for cigarettes or whatever. Also the floor needs to be mopped big time.

the guy at the front desk when i checked in was great. but the lady who replaced him in the morning was rude.

looked decent, but needs some repairs and upgrades.
