friendly owner and really clean apartment. definitely worth its money

The staff are amazing, our room is cleaned everyday and the property looks new.

Natie is very helpful but she speaks very little English and yet she’s trying her best to communicate. breakfast is very simple and it was ok.

there’s a bad smell coming from the toilet. the exhaust is not working properly.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views, location and staff! Me and my wife stayed there for 3 nights and it was one of the best experiences for us. The hotel is charming building with great location in the "Old Town" area of Tbilisi. Easy walk to the city center. What really made the hotel stand out was the staff. They were all extremely accommodating and nice, especially reception staffs who were very helpful and gave us some nice recommendations around Tbilisi. Highly recommended!

Best hotel in Tbilisi Comes in the middle and close to everything. Me and my family have visited Georgia twice and we have stayed in Victoria inn Tbilisi hotel that's how much we loved it. Loved it's location. Loved the staff. They are very friendly and amazing and great 24 hrs room service. The rooms are spacious and cosy. The hotel itself is cosy. You feel like you are home. If you are balconies lover they have very big balconies to sit and relax. The breakfast and the menu have a good variety. The food is very good quality and tasty.especially we loved their Pizza Loved it so much and definitely will stay in it whenever we visit Georgia.

the place around is very very old. there is no elevator. in 8 days no one came to clean the room and To change the towels and take the garbage out even once!!! they put kettle without any coffe or tea....

No elevator at the hotel so you need to be fit to carry your bag. Very limited breakfast options and coffee is not included in the breakfast rate. My friend found a dirty hairy female underwear in the closet. Staff were naggy about the checkout and knocked my door before the checkout time asking to handover the room key. The room doesn’t look like the pictures as it is not maintained. A terrible experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
