This was, by far, our favorite house we’ve stayed at yet! House was accommodating to all our needs, super clean, very spacious, beautiful pool and patio, etc! We just loved everything about it. Not only was the house amazing, but it’s 3 min from any grocery store or restaurant you need! But best of all, was Ashley! She was so kind and a phone call away if we ever needed her! We WILL be back!

This house was even better than we expected. So clean, pretty, and smelled wonderful! The host was great! Very friendly and communicative. Home had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Us and our adult children come down each year. This is our favorite house. It is big and beautiful. Everything is clean and they offer so many extras: ice machines, extra fridge in the garage, corn hole game, etc. we will come back each year.

Great house for 4 couples. Well stocked and plenty of extras. Icemaker in garage and coolers were great. Only negative was it was advertised with a hot tub and there was not one. This house was very clean.

Home was fantastic and the outside area was wonderful!! My family had an amazing stay here and if we come back to the area, we will definitely inquire about staying here again. Owners were extremely friendly and answered my questions in a very timely manner. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this home and highly recommend it. First, it has to be the cleanest place I have rented! It was sparkling clean. The host was very responsive any time we had a question. As for the home, it was laid out very well. All of the bedrooms were nice and having a bathroom for each bedroom was very good. The pool was heated to 87 degrees every day so even on the cooler days we were able to go in the salt water pool and it felt wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to reserve this home for a stay!

Beautifully decorated. Very clean. All of our needs were anticipated and met! We loved the extra touches with beach chairs, ice machine, bikes. Ashley was very communicative and timely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Our girl’s trip to Cape Coral and stay at Villa Gabriella was absolutely amazing. The house had a great layout, a beautiful pool/deck area, and incredible views. Our group of 4 have stayed in several VRBO’s, but I must say that this was by far the nicest. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was a real treat. Lots of dining and shopping options - everything so easy to get to. Ashley, our host, was extremely prompt in answering all questions and gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants, places to visit and shopping ideas. Thank you so much Ashley! Can’t wait to return!

This property was excellent. It was clean and well maintained. We thought it was spacious for our family, and the patio area was beautiful. The location was great too - a short drive to waterfront restaurants, but also walkable to some gems (Lobster Lady, Cape Creamery) as well as Publix. Ashley was great with communication from before arrival. We also had an issue with the lock and she sent someone to help fix it asap. The house is well stocked for the beach as well - I wish we could have taken advantage of everything. And of course - we loved the ice machine:) Thanks for a great stay - we hope to be back!

The property was just as advertised. It was nicely furnished and great for our group of 6 to get together. We had a couple of minor issues at the onset but Ashley and John were very responsive and all issues resolved quickly. If you choose this property, be sure to take all spices, etc. you'll need. Ashley told us that she worries that someone could tamper with any foodstuffs so she has renters dispose of anything they don't us. Sounded fair to us! Great folks and very comfortable, clean rental house.

This was the perfect property for our stay. Three couples enjoyed all the space. The specifically enjoyed the pool and outdoor bar area. We are even considering returning with our children next time.

I take my family down to Florida once a year, there were 6 of us total, we tend to go to a different location every year this was the first time that we decided to go to Cape Coral and the house that we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. The outside area and pool are just as breathtaking. Ashley and John were also awesome to work with. We had issues with the TV on the patio and they were there to assist us within mins of making the call. Thank you both. ❤️ The location was also perfect as there are plenty of places within walking distance of the house ....bars ,restaurants, grocery stores and even Ice Cream!😋 We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Our family of 7 really enjoyed staying at this beautiful, spacious, nicely appointed and very well stocked home. Our favorite part of the home was the outdoor patio/pool area with the bonus large screen TV along with the hightop bar and grill….it was a great way to enjoy watching the football games. Ashley was very accommodating and helpful which we very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Villa Gabriella is a beautiful home. Home was exceptionally clean. Bedrooms were perfect for our group of 7. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner out on the beautiful lanai, especially since we are from New York were it was cold. Pool was very clean and warm. Played Cornhole out on the deck by the beautiful canal. House was located centrally around all the fun things we did. I highly recommend. Thank you Ashley your home was very welcoming.

Property was awesome! Four of us coaches went down for a tournament and I think we spent majority of the time at the house enjoying the set up out back. Watching Football and grilling out.

A fully equipped house that leaves nothing to be desired. Very nice and helpful hosts. We enjoyed the stay very much. Just a pity that the time was over so quickly and the pool had no jacuzzi. Otherwise fully recommended

Their home is just as described and although pictures are acurate they dont show all of the beauty and peacefulness of the home. 10 star review from our group of 8 and would highly recommend and stay again. This property was everything advertised! By far the most well maintained rental we have ever stayed in. All you need to do is bring your clothes, its the perfect family get away! It a very quiet neighborhood with quick access to restaurants and shopping. We had an amazing time.

Hot water went out and it was delt with in no time

We loved this home so much that we extended a few more days. Wish we could’ve stayed even longer, but the 2 weeks we had here was absolutely wonderful! Start off by saying this home is the cleanest one we’ve rented by far! I was so happy when I opened the door and saw how clean and neat every room was. All the beds was extremely comfortable. All bathrooms was stocked up with more then enough towels and bedding supplies. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need from serving trays to champagne bucket. Garage had an ice maker, which is a nice bonus along with beach chairs, fishing poles, bikes, etc. Having all these things already stocked up in excellent condition was just so lovely. The outdoor area was just amazing to us. You can watch the sun rise and set right off the dock or just sitting by the pool. The pool was extremely clean and always the perfect temperature. Outside area was where we spent most of our days and evenings making some great core memories. Host was extremely friendly and was available almost immediately with any questions we may had. Everything you may need or want is within mins of the home, which was also a plus. We definitely recommend taking the hour drive over to Sanibel and Captiva Island! It was absolutely gorgeous! Please don’t hesitate booking this home! You will definitely miss out on such a beautiful experience. We look forward to returning in the future.

This house was gorgeous. The layout is absolutely perfect. Everyone had plenty of room to hang out. We spent every evening out by the pool grilling supper. They provided everything you could think of! It was so convenient having the ice machine in the garage and 2 coolers to use. They also had many beach chairs to use. We didn’t use the bicycles but there were 3 for guest use. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood close to stores. The neighborhood was quiet and didn’t feel like we even had neighbors. We stocked up on groceries at Walmart and Costco is a short drive away. We went to Sanibel Island twice and Fort Myers is close as well. Ashley was very responsive when I messaged her. I can’t say enough about this house and the hosts! We can’t wait to stay again!!

My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Villa Gabriella! Everything was absolutely perfect and even better than described. Checking in was a breeze and Ashley was a gracious host and available for any questions we had. The house was super clean and the outdoor space was amazing! We spent our days by the pool, had dinner in and watched the sunset from the dock. We took the bikes out each morning to explore and found so many places nearby within biking and walking distance. Publix is less than 5 minutes away by bike and some of the best Cape Coral restaurants are around the corner; Lobster Lady, Cape Creamery, Amore Italian Bakery. Sanibel is a short 30 minute drive and if you’re interested in some fun shops take a 40 minute drive to Punta Gorda to Fisherman’s Village. There are many restaurants and a walking path along the Peace River. They also have a farmer’s market every Saturday. Villa Gabriella is amazing! Don’t hesitate to book - you won’t want to leave!

I will say that Ashley is awesome and goes above and beyond. I can’t say enough about our week. She is wonderful and that made our decision much easier to stay there. It was a beautiful home and we were very comfortable there. We did need to get used to the streaming, because we aren’t used to it, but did figure it out. Can’t say enough about this property and owners. Thanks for making our week special.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful house and property!!! It is exactly as the pictures depict, but possibly even better! The attention to detail is second to none. The house, garage, dock, pool area were SPOTLESS and in prestine condition. The owners have thought of everything! The beach chairs, bikes, ice maker, fishing rods, coolers, etc - were in perfect condition and very useful. The owner was very responsive and helpful (even with getting our children’s Easter baskets delivered early)! Everything was just perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing! After staying in maybe rentals in many different areas, I would highly recommend this beautiful house.

We have been renting vacation homes in Cape Coral for 15 years. This is the best house we have stayed in. The house exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were beautiful. The house was clean and everything labeled to help you find what you need. Extras like coolers, ice machine, bicycles, spare frig, pool towels, pool floats, fishing poles, etc. were provided. Ashley, the owner, was beyond helpful. If you are looking at this home, book it. You will not be disappointed.

This was our second stay at Villa Gabriella. The house is more amazing in person than the pictures depict. The home is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, with really comfortable furnishings inside and out. Our family spent the majority of our time outdoors poolside, which was so lovely. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants, an ice cream shop, a cute italian bakery, and riding bikes to a coffee shop on the water. The neighborhood is quiet, and perfect for walking, running or biking. Check in was super easy and there was great communication with the property owners. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to return!

We are a group of 7 longtime friends who have vacationed in Cape Coral for 5 years. Villa Gabriella is one of the best homes with just right amenities, space and location for us all. Beautiful new screens on the lanai, attractive landscaping, warm saltwater pool for swimming and relaxing. The house is spacious with a well-stocked kitchen (we eat in often). Location was on a nice quiet street but within walking distance to Publix Grocery Store, several restaurants and Cape Coral Creamery for ice cream! Our fisherman appreciated the ice machine and extra fridge in the garage. We rode the 3 nice bikes provided, rented kayaks, fished in the canal, played pickle ball at nearby Camelot Park and took an air boat ride into the Everglades. Owner/property manager were very prompt and available for any questions we had. Lovely spot to vacation-we plan to come here again!

The house and everything included went above and beyond expectations. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and bathrooms. Living area is large and great to share with family and friends. True highlight was the outdoor pool area with grill. Everything was clean on arrival with clear instructions and many nice little touches that added to the value of our stay. Great price point for everything that’s included. Would highly recommend to anyone considering. Owner was a genuine pleasure to work with who cared about our stay.

We were completely impressed with the home from the time we pulled in the driveway. Everything was as described and as pictures displayed. We enjoyed all the amenities. We plan to visit again when back in the Cape Coral area.
