Great location beautiful home the service is second to none have always been impressed with the thoughtfulness this company puts in for their guests so they have a great stay I mean they think of everything will always book my stays anywhere with Vacasa Thanks again for being so Awesome !!!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and furnished nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The toaster oven was a nice plus. We loved the quiet location while being well connected to the lake, downtown, and nearby markets. We would definitely stay here again.

Coeur d'Alene Cozy was an awesome place to stay. Beds were comfortable and so close to down town Coeur d'Alene. Since the weather was windy and snowy, we just stayed in and watch Netflix and enjoyed our time together.

Home was clean and located close to downtown. It was very quiet and relaxing. The only negative aspects were the two houses next-door that had tons of "stuff" on all around the house including some broken down vehicles.

Excellent location. Walk to the lake and all of town. Beautiful neighborhood and friendly people. House was very clean and I would stay there again. Home has Wi-Fi Internet, however download speeds are limited to 5 Mbps, FYI. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Coeur de Alene cozy for the weekend and it was a great neighborhood and area. This rental is close to the grocery store and the lake. We tried Schmidtys burgers which was nearby and the home looks renovated and well kept up

The house was great the beds were a bit hard but other then that it was wonderful. We did notice one of the slats near the kitchen table has a gap where it has pulled back a bit. The water pressure was great. Had a wonderful stay would recommend it to everyone.

Home was awesome. Just far enough from town for privacy but just close enough for convenience. Really kid friendly in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and homie. PS Get a Keurig though 🤨

We stayed for 2 nights. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. It's very nearby downtown Coeur d'Alene. The beds are pretty dang firm, but we slept well.If you prefer lots of privacy, the master bathroom has a long hallway, but no door. We would definitely stay here again!

If you prefer lots of privacy, the master bathroom has a long hallway, but no door.

The home is beautifully done, handicap assessable. Plenty of room in living room for all to sit and watch a little TV. Location is great for those who like to walk to Sanders Beach and walk up town. Grocery store, latte stand, burger and ice cream shop with in walking distance. Neighbor was quiet. If your coming to CDA, ID I highly recommend this 3 bedroom home. Nice little patio out back and BBQ.

Easy and affordable
Place was clean and had everything to make our stay joyful and stress free. Definitely renting again through this site. Great neighborhood peaceful and friendly people
