The views were great from our balcony and the outdoor area in the lobby. I was really happy how people kept checking on us and the communication was great. It was nice how everything was within walking distance and the secure underground parking was a bonus.

With a family, always wish more room but this room worked great. Toddler loved the pull out bed to herself!

This is a perfect location and a great condo for two. Everything was clean, view was great and the building was quiet but just steps away from downtown. We will be staying again-hopefully every year!

We enjoyed our stay and was comfortable for our needs. The location was within walking distance to the Main Street and all the restaurants. We enjoyed the bike trails that we were able to access from our condo.

Convenient ski in location just a short walk to downtown. Great property!

I was afraid, it being near the end of ski season, that the condo might be “worse for the wear.” We were pleasantly surprised to find that the property was very clean and fresh feeling. The check in process went very smoothly and everyone we communicated with was pleasant and professional.

The property was accurate to the online listing. I hood location for our visit. Close to downtown and skiing.

Came up with friends and got to ski …aasssppeenn. Very accommodatingj and the first floor bedroom allows for easy access to letting your dog out… great job!!!

I had a really good experience staying in this condo. I’ve stayed at several different ones in Breck and I’ll be looking to stay here again. Bed was comfortable and everything was as shown in pictures. Clean comfortable and real easy to ski into. Easy walk to gondola.

This was just a quick ski weekend for my husband and me. Mountain Thunder is greater property, super easy to walk under the road to the gondola and ski back to the property at the end of the day. Unit was clean and spacious for the two of us, nice fireplace and patio, great to have free laundry across the hall, kitchen had everything we needed!

Location, condition, and had most anything one would need. Instructions to get key might be described a little better with name on building.

The condo was very spacious for a couple and in prime location next to the Gondola. They have an underground passage that connects to the Gondola parking pot so you don't have to deal with walking across the busy street. Parking garage is a plus!

You're within a 4 minute walk to the Gondola to ski and with the 4 o'clock ski slope, you end the day with a ski-in right to the condo. Heated garage for your car is a nice touch for those arctic cold mornings. 7 min easy stroll to Main Street with shopping and restaurants! Condo had everything needed to make breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. Beds were comfortable and communication w/ the office was always just a text away.We plan to stay here again on our next trip!

A pedestrian underpass near the facility makes downtown, gondola, and free transport just steps away. Facility is very well maintained and friendly staff.

The whole process from booking to stay was excellent. The communication from VRB0 and Summit Mountain Resort was exceptional. I had some questions and Summit was very prompt with their responses. The communication on the day of arrival with all the vitals was clear and precise. The rental unit was clean and the location was excellent. The property location was close to and within a short walking distance to Main street, which allowed us to leave our car parked in the provided free underground parking lot which was included in our stay. We will definitely be staying there again for our future trips to Breckinridge.

Clean, spacious, perfect location for grabbing the gondola!

It was a great location. we were happy to be close to town. The condo was very clean which makes me happy because I’m a clean freak. A few suggestions for your next renters. There was no baking pans or cooking sheets available, to warm up some some pizza and other items that require a baking sheet. Also it would be convenient if there was a scissors in the condo. We truly enjoyed our stay there in Breckenridge and at the condo. It could be a little noisy at times being so close to the road where all the buses go in and out at the bus depot across the street from this condos location. If we ever return to Breckinridge we would definitely come back to And stay at Summit Mountain. Great location to downtown. Kathy and Tom
