Staff were amazing - particularly Pedro! In hotel Ski Hire was fantastic Good ambiance

Pool needs to be warmer Whilst you can ski in on one route, it is not ski in for beginners and hardly ski out since you have to walk 400m to the lifts … That said, Pedro made up for it!!!

The spa, the staff, the free lifts to slopes in the day, breakfast, shower, comfy.

Ski hire shop on-site. Complimentary shuttle to and from slopes from 9-5pm. Ski back to hotel possible. Staff were excellent. Spa facilities were very good.

The room we stayed in was advertised as having fire bathrooms in reality there was just two which was a disadvantage to our group Two out of three rooms were extremely small Not enough storage cabinets No actual lobby in the hotel besides the breakfast area

The hotel location was fantastic. It was easy walking distance to the village for the many restaurants. And the lodge - simply superb. The facilities were perfect, the on site restaurant was great, breakfast was hearty to fuel a day’s skiing, and the staff were magnificent! The drivers taking or picking us up from the slopes were friendly and their service in the on-site ski shop added to the excellent service provided by the hotel. Can't say enough about how gracious, helpful, and nice everyone was. We highly recommend Hotel Mont Blanc Val d’Isere for your vacation travels.
