Location, spacious, great kitchen stocked well with equipment, cleanliness, awesome lanai, very nice owners, very comfortable beds. Great WiFi. No cable TV and we accessed live TV from WiFi and used our HDMI cable to put on TV screen. We were very content.

The apartment was wonderful, very spacious, lovely wrap round balcony, very comfortable beds, plenty of social space with a large kitchen/dinner/living room. Great location 5 mins from the beach as well as amenities like drug store, supermarket. Not loads around for dinner but it's not far to downtown Kona. Host was great, gave us detailed instructions, and offered help.

Location was great. Walking distance to beach. Also closeby to grocery stores, big chain stores, etc. The host (Rosalba) was very accommodating with check-in/out instructions and questions.
Very roomy lanai. There was washer/dryer.
Property is a little dated, but clean.
There was only air conditioning for 2 rooms (main living room and master bedroom); however surprisingly it was fairly comfortable with the windows open and fans blowing.

Convenient location, peaceful and quiet area, nice and spacious house, comfortable beds, huge lanai, grill, big kitchen, communicative and responsive host, clear instructions from host ahead of time, great amenities, coqui frog outside.
The rules about quiet hours extending to the lanai could have been more explicitly stated so that we were aware that conversation on the lanai would be considered too noisy for the area.

Excellent location! So close to the Magic Sands Beach where we swam and boogie boarded almost every day. It was awesome that there were boogie boards, a cooler, snorkel gear and other beach supplies at the house. The geckos on the back deck are so cute! The kids loved them! The kitchen came with everything we needed to cook meals. There were enough beds to sleep our family of 5. This place is perfect!

Everything about this place is nice. We were very happy with this property. Great deck with gas grill outside. Comfortable beds. Large master suite. Has air conditioning if you need it. Kitchen was very well stocked. TV with cable was nice. This was an excellent experience. I would rent again in a heartbeat.
Could have used another boogie board. So we left an extra.
