It was clean and the workers were very friendly.

The bed was SO UNCOMFORTABLE and squeaky!!! We could hardly move in the bed without making noise. Also, the bathroom sink was leaking.

The property was clean and the lobby area inviting.

The rooms seemed to be partially updated. The shower and counters were lovely but the tub was old and had rust stains. The trim and door paint was chipped as was the vanity. The beds felt old and uncomfortable and the air conditioning make a loud noise when running. There was no way to use the desk area in the tool because there was no desk chair (Only a wingback chair.) and the tv was so large (Not usually something to complain about.) that it took up most of the desk area, including the area a desk chair should go and where we could have put the wingback.

The amenities were nice.

The bathroom tub was dirty and the sink was clogged up. When we ran the water to brush our teeth the sink had a slow drain.

The breakfast was nice and worth the money. The staff kept the area clean and well stocked..

The elevator was slow and you had to wait. We took the stairs mostly because we were on the 4th floor. We used the valet parking and it was okay.

The staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

The stay was fine…my only issue was payment. My company sent prior authorization for payment but the guest service agent still charged my personal card. It has been a whole month since my stay and it still isn’t sorted.

Everything and went to call on rooms phone it didn’t work as line into hand set was broke
