Like the house heaps of room Was clean Pool was nice. Kids loved it BBQ was perfect size, we had 11 people and could cook easily for everyone.

1 of the remotes wouldn't open the electric gate. Few times we had to turn it off then back on to get the remote that did work to work. No hot water for 4 of the nights we were there. Which was pretty annoying.

Lots of space. A bed for everyone. When we came back from our day trips, the kids straight away jumped into the pool, they loved it. Lots of towels and pool towels. Kitchen had all utensils. We only had to buy food. ACs in every bedroom. So close to the beach, we could walk to palm cove. Beds were super comfortable.

My holiday was too short. Nothing to fault with the house.

this is a great property, it’s big and the amenities are great.

For two of our four nights the smoke detector glitched and prevented everyone from sleeping. On the second night we had to silence the alarm every 8 minutes between 3am and 8am. A new rule requires that alarms be hard wired into every bedroom so this meant that the entire house was impacted and no one got any sleep. The alarm was fixed on our third day, however, we felt that since our holiday had been majorly impacted (try having fun with 6 sleep deprived kids) that we ought to be refunded some of the cost. The company’s position was that since they had the alarm fixed on our third day that they had no further obligation to us. I was made to feel like I was over reacting when this was way more than a minor inconvenience. This is not the customer service I expected from a high end rental.

Great house with everything you could possibly want/need. Had great time staying there with 8 adults-lots to do and areas for your own space if you wish.

Upon arrival the accommodation had not been completely cleaned, roo Upon arrival the accommodation had not been completely cleaned, room outside still had rubbish and dirty sheets was previous tenants. Lounge inside still had dirty sheets that were hanging out of the bottom on the lounge and rubbish wedged down the side. Floors throughout were dirty. Outside area was also not cleaned. Amenities such as toilet paper were in very short supply only minimal left on roll from previous tenants and no extra rolls left in either of the 3 toilets. We had booked for 13 people and there was 4 teabags, coffee and sugar.
