Location to where I needed to be

Walls were so thin got to hear a conversation in the next room while I was trying to sleep. Bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable.

The felling of security in the facility.

They don’t have breakfast.

Very clean, well located for what we were doing in West Palm Beach. Very friendly staff. They asked what time we wanted the room cleaned. Very good hot water in the shower.

No room safe, no tissue/kleenex. Dumpster emptying next door at 5:00 a.m was very loud at the gas station next door.

So very clean. I spoke to the owner and he had so much pride in ownership. Clearly works hard to ensure we have a great experience. Exceptional value.

A acústica do apartamento não é tão boa, podendo escutar o barulho do quarto vizinho, mas é tolerável e não tira a tranquilidade do quarto. Evite apartamentos de frente para a rodovia.

It is a recently renovated hotel. It’s very clean, well maintained, and the staff is very accommodating. Paul, who works the evening shift, was very helpful at check in and even asked the next day if we had some issues, unrelated to the hotel that he helped with, resolved. They have liquid creamer at the coffee bar, which I prefer to the powder creamer.

It was all good.

Walking distance to iThink amitheater

No bench or chairs at front of property. Need seating to wait for transportation.

Excellent location. Super nice owner and staff. Excellent location near concert venue. We stay here whenever we come for a show or event.

Close to Amphitheater

Location was perfect. We had tickets to a concert and walked to the venue. Paul was so welcoming and helpful. He even helped us carry in our luggage!

Only Improvements honestly, could be a full length mirror and Queen sized beds.

Não gostei que n tem cobertores, fica perto do Ithink theatre mas as ruas são desertas é no meio do nada perto de uma rodovia e tudo é longe tem q comprar tudo pq n tem café da manhã

Took my daughters to a concert at the iThink arena. They were able to walk back to the hotel after the show because it was so close. A/C worked great and the beds were comfortable. Just as the other reviews say this place was no frills but very clean. Great value.

Everything seemed like it was new and very clean. I stayed in July 2023.

The bedding could have been a little better quality. But it was adequate.

This hotel is a short walk to the Amphitheater which makes it great for concerts Staff is friendly and helpful

Perfect spot for the ithink amphitheatre! The entire location is Clean! Beds and pillows are comfortable. Excellent location. It's right on a quiet part of 98 with everything about a block or two away. Walked there and back for the show!

Slow to cool the room, but it's been incredibly hot. Slow drain in the tub - that needs some attention. Beds/rooms need a light fresh blanket. We don't use the bedspreads as bedding.

Beautiful room. Very clean. The staff was very nice. The location was perfect for visiting the ITHINK AMPHITHEATER.

The whole place was spotless, friendly staff. Walls were very thin. Road noise was present.There were no breakfast, only a coffè machine in lobby with free coffee 24/7.Lots if restaraunrs close by.

Cleanliness and friendliness

Lights over bed, like an office, not a bedroom. No way to have less light for one bed over another

Friendly staff, clean room…..basic but adequate. Coffee in the lobby. Convenient location.

Amenities such as tissues weren’t available. Noise from next room. Carpet looked nasty.

The staff was extremely nice. The facility was very clean. Beds were comfy. I would stay here again & recommend it to others to stay there.

There was nothing that I did not like here.
