Very roomy 2 bed apartment with lovely outlook in a great location. It was clean and quite well set up with everything you need. Sea Temple Resort was great, the staff were helpful.

One thing that wasn't clear until after booking was that the keys needed to be picked up from an agency just outside of Palm Cove ie not reception, as it was a private apartment. It would have been much easier to pick up keys from a key box or door code at the resort, especially if you don't have a car. For example, when returning the keys at 10am the agency was 15 minute walk back to the main road in the heat as we had a late afternoon flight so couldn't drop off on way to airport. Other that, we enjoyed our stay.

For a family of four, it was perfect. 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, loved the BBQ upstairs, and it was nice to chill on the couch at night. The location was fabulous and was nice and quiet being away from the main town.

The furniture felt a little ‘tired’ and the cleanliness of the apartment wasn’t fully up to scratch.

because it was a private villa, the staff at the front desk weren’t helpful, didn’t make us feel part of the resort. we were only offered one key and this was a safety issue when our key was left in the apartment by accident and it was an ordeal to get staff at the resort to open the door for us. the system needs to be improved at the resort
