The location was good.

The cleanliness of the property. The walls need a fresh coat of paint. The cupboard under the sink had a lot of mould as well as the bathroom.

Space, location, parking, general cleanliness. Good communication from the owner. Linens a towels had a luxury feel. Great internet and Netflix.

Extractor hood needs cleaning

The location of this apartment was fantastic, the train station is a 2 minute walk, Buckingham palace is a 4 minute walk. great places to eat and very easy to get around London from this location.

Our Room was on the very top floor, level 4 i believe. The elevator is supposed to go to Level 3, however it would only take us to level 2 which then required a rather steep climb up stairs which we found rather difficult with our luggage. No warning of this was given to us. I would also Recommend that they update the Mattresses as they are clearly worn out.

the size of the rooms were great and the bigger room had a door into the bathroom which was a good surprise

Serene and quiet

Heaters weren't heating well, water from sink and bath weren't flowing and there was no plunger to work on it. Never took calls and message response times took forever. He didn't sound accommodating in his responses also.

Location was great for the event we were attending. Lots of space for a family of 4 with 2 teens

The apartment wasn’t very clean with lots of cobwebs and stains on the walls. There was mould in the bathroom and very bad mould under the kitchen sink. The apartment wasn’t ready at 3pm when we needed to quickly drop our bags and get on to our event.

Absolutely disappointing, nothing cleaned, sticky utensils, oven so dirty it can’t be used as smells of burning. No heating, property smells of damp. There was a used sanitary towel on the front Garden. I would never stay again. I had asked for a refund but they ignored me and threatened that my review will be removed if it’s negative as they have contacted booking.com to ask for it to be removed. It has made me feel invalided as a customer as it feels as the hosts pay you you will side with them. I have made many bookings made with booking.com, this is my first complaint. It was so dirty and cold we left the next day even though we had booked for 2 days. The Host is rude and I did not see anywhere on the add that the deposit had to be paid by bank transfer so I had cash, which was problems for them also. Had to wait 45 minutes at the property to get the code sent by text. Worst place I have stayed would not recommend at all.
