Location was great.

The view was lovely. Roof top patio and pool were very nice. Pool is not heated so very refreshing. Bathrooms were nice, Condo was large.

We stayed in a two bedroom, two bath, our confirmed booking said it had a king bed and a queen bed it was a King and a Double in the second room so a bit disappointing. Our suite was on the left side of the building., there is a large house with patio compound next door. Three large dogs barked many times waking us in the night and early morning, daily. dogs live outside and are not well attended. Would recommend booking the suites 502,402,302. as they are on the right side of the building and guests we met there were not woken up by the dogs. kitchen is large and nicely appointed, but has few kitchen tools if you cook a lot.

I don’t know where to begin… I will start with the mis-advertising. Not all pictures that you see are the pictures of this apartment. There are no balconies in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are facing either the white wall or someone’s backyard, which is not an issue except the 3 German shepherd dogs that bark at any noise. also the pictures of the living room are not the pictures of the apartment 401, it’s the most basic design, which is not bad. I just don’t understand why not to post actual pictures of the place. Another problem, there were ants in the kitchen. you have to make sure to wipe the counter top and keep your fruits in the fridge, not outside. Bed sheets - the cheapest synthetic sheets that make your skin damp as soon as you cover yourself. the mattress protector is very thick, it makes crinkly sound, and doesn’t let your body breath. there are so many modern mattress protectors that will feel much better. and please get a better set of sheets. Master bedroom only has a window that doesn't slide but opens (like a door). Makes it hard to adjust for air flow at night, but not a huge deal. More annoying is the fan above that makes loud mechanical noises. The small bedroom with a double bed is the better bedroom, even though it's counter intuitive. Synthetic bed sheets that make you sweat. Uncomfortable furniture in the living room. It looks nice, but breaks your back There is the neighbor who plays super loud annoying music early in the morning. No idea why - he's not a club or any kind of business. Condo is on a steep hill, expect a "nise" workout on those neverending steps when coming back from Malecon.

The location was perfect and central (hence el centro) and we loved the rooftop pool. Since there weren’t too many units, the rooftop pool was never too crowded. And the views of the city were great. We liked how easy it was to walk to the market or garden. We stayed with our one year old daughter and carried her in walks and went to the pool during her two naps.

There were a lot of ants that would enter through the front door and trail inside our entryway even if there wasn’t any food evidence or crumbs.

Not enough dishes, electronic locks did not work all the time.we got stuck outside with no help at midnight, code did not work. Not enough information once we arrived.

perfect place to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. just a few blocks from the center of the city and the malecon great pool, clean and staff was responsive

it situated on a hill so walking to the Malecon area is pretty steep coming back

Please consider new pillows and improved bedding. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. But don’t get me wrong—I had such a good stay at your property. Thank you.

Modern condo in charming neighborhood. Beautiful views from the pool. Central location, we walked almost everywhere.

Water pressure in the shower was abysmal, plumbing was generally rickety. No lamps besides the bed. TV and AC were very confusing and frustrating to use. Couch was uncomfortable.

The beautiful view from the rooftop pool is wonderful. It’s a nice clean apartment in a quiet small complex with the sounds of the city surrounding you. There’s a local Mexican family owned grocery store at the end of the street. The people we met staying at the same complex for wonderful.

I would’ve liked cleaning every four days or access to a broom and a mop and a washing machine. We had to take our laundry to a local laundry facility. There was not a change of fresh towels and sheets at all during the eight days. There are lots of stairs to climb to get up to the apartment. If anyone has hip or knee issues it would not be a good choice unless you’re accessing a cab or Uber.

Horrible location and hard to walk to. The neighborhood was extremely loud and the barking dogs were nerve-racking!! Loud music. I asked the staff to look into it and possibly turn it down. Three more requests were never even read until yesterday. (I left 3 days ago) The power was out for at least six hours on my first day. I had a nearly dead cell phone and had to remember the codes to the doors and also be able to communicate with the people that worked off site. Couldn’t do that without electricity. I had to go buy a solar charger. When I originally booked my reservation I specifically asked for an ocean view and they replied to me saying it was available.When I got there I had a partial ocean view. I thought I was going to be closer to the top of the building. There’s nothing in any of my information about the building that suggested I would have a partial view. When I got there the staff informed me I needed to pay $200 in cash for a deposit. There is nothing in the information about the hotel that said that. In fact, it said they would contact me seven days before my trip to collect this deposit and they did not. I was not prepared to give them $200 cash. The water pressure was almost nonexistent. The termite droppings (or whatever they were) that were all over were very annoying and felt like sand to step on. I actually have a photo of those. I ended up leaving a day early and as I expected I could not get a refund. I would’ve switched to a new hotel immediately but I didn’t have the money to pay for another hotel all over again. The fact that they completely ignored my last three attempts to communicate with them about the loud music that played ALL NIGHT long is probably what angers me the most.
