Excellent central, yet quiet location. Property beautifully presented, clean and well equipped. Excellent check-in instructions and guest pack.

Other than bath missing a plug and some initial difficulties navigating the Smart TV, no major difficulties or dislikes for this lovely property.

The location, the house. The house was good sized for our needs (2 adults+2kids).

Early check-out time (10am at latest) without luggage storage possibilities.

1 bathroom! even if there was a toilet and sink in back yard it would relieve stress of 4 adults and 1 bathroom

Very good information pack (location of house, keys, lockbox, house rules etc)

No extra bin bags under the sink. No laundry tablets. Smaller room had a terrible matresss and really the whole bed should be much better quality for the price charged. TV instructions would be good. Welcome pack should be left considering price of stay. Blackout blinds needed for master bedroom. Deliveries at 4am out the back - shouldn’t be allowed!

The location was very central - up a steep hill to reach the property - but otherwise the town was very accessible. The best part of the location was how it was set back from the road in a mews, therefore very quiet. Bird song was the only 'noise' we heard.

The second bedroom had extremely tight quarters. No closet, chest of drawers or room for much of anything, except get into bed and read or sleep. Also there were very little amenities in the place so be prepared to go shopping soon after arrival.

The cottage was spotlessly clean on arrival, everything you needed. Perfect distance into Henley just a few minutes walk.

Although we knew before booking there wasn’t parking. An allocated parking space would of been great especially when it comes to loading and unloading but we managed. But it won’t put us off booking the cottage again.

The location was excellent with the town center and the river close to hand. Good info and communication with the host.

It was fine, just what we wanted.

Excellent house for location in Henley for The Thames Path. House was well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Location was ideal and close to town center. Front garden was pleasant

Access to the property was challenging when with a car. Situated on a 1 way thin street Photos on the website make the house appear a lot bigger than it was Back Garden backs on to a Hospital of some sort where heavy duty lorries do deliveries everyday, so it was a tad noisy and back garden not in a very good state. Kitchen was run down

The house is just a 2 minute walk to the centre of Henley and the river but the location of it in a small court yard means that it is very peaceful.

The only down side is the lack of parking in the area but this is out of the hosts control.

Very quit and comfortable and yet only 3min walk to Henley‘ nice little city center
