Best service ever! Great pool! Amazing bar with great cocktails. Fine dining and spa is amazing too.

The pool area There are only about 20 sun beds - we normally spend most of our holiday around the pool with the exception of a couple of days where we like to visit beaches or the island Unfortunately we were unable to spend one day there as it was so busy and beds reserved with towels despite signs not to do so

such a beautiful place. the room was comfortable and the private pool was lush (if not a little chilly). the staff were so attentive and the attention to detail was wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Almost nothing - shower unit in room could have been more modern.

- bartender ; - some staff from the restaurant ; - when I ordered drinks they tried and probably took ( I never checked the bills) me 4€ tax for every order at the pool , and I ordered a lot … it s not a problem but it s not OK in my opinion.

Pools are just amazing. Not to crowded. Discrete music not to loud. Very friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast buffet.

Restaurant Service didnt fit to this amazing place at all. Empty plates and glasses on a table for a very very long time made us wondering everyday… About location-city doesnt have much to offer. I didnt plan to leave hotel much but if you do, maybe its not the best area. Terrible overcrowded almost-beach.

Really pleasant, attentive staff, always friendly. Nice design of the whole facility. Small gifts in the room every day. Nespresso machine and marshall speaker in the room. Extra guacamole and hummous for breakfast was brought to our table, as we asked for some vegan options, thank you for that courtesy! The pictures of the accomodation fit reality, no exaggeration or fake pictures.

Two of three devices of the fitness room were broken and not useable. But the bigger gym of the contessina hotel was offered free of charge, including transfer in a golf cart, even though its only about 500m to go. Some minor points regarding cleanliness, but only complaints on a high level. Nothing to really concern about at all. Would still totally recommend the suites and spa.

It was an amazing hotel. It was super clean, the staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast had a lot of variety and it was delicious. Staying by the pool was very relaxing. The indoor pool was beautiful. We used almost everyday the sauna and the steam bath. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Maybe the time between courses of meal at dinner was a little bit slow so we had to spend 2 hours at dinner in the restaurant.

There’s so much to love about this hotel but most of all it’s the staff who went beyond to make our stay the best possible. From the warm welcome to the generously sized, perfectly air conditioned rooms, personal daily touches from housekeeping, superb breakfast, Michelin-worthy restaurant food (the swordfish was superb), beautiful spa, gorgeous pool, daily activities, genuinely warm service (Eleni was a total star) and great location, this is one of those places that you will regret leaving and want to come back to again and again.

There were a few minor niggles (no hotel is perfect) like unreliable wi-fi in the room, slightly under equipped gym (need at least a set of dumbbells over 8kg) and an almost great mobile app thanks to a poor ordering experience (UX). All fixable and I’m sure they will as it was clear that this hotel values feedback and genuinely does want to improve wherever possible.

modern hotel in a good location between the beach and the town center. Swimming pool with comfortable beds and sunbeds and pleasant music, the staff offers resting guests fruit :). Restaurant with tasty dishes, especially sushi. Very good spa with a wide range of massages. Exceptionally friendly service at every turn in the hotel, from the reception, through the restaurant, cleaning. The management personally cares about the rest of the guests, fulfilling the expectations of the guests and making them nice surprises :)

Plumbing is a bit of an issue, sinks blocked from water alone

The staff were amazing, they’ve thought about every little detail. Loved the pool area for lounging about during the day. Spa and indoor pool is incredible. Everything about the hotel is 10/10.
