Location Excellent breakfast

Towels a bit small and worn

Great place to stay. Was well looked after and nothing too much trouble. Rooms spotless and spacious.

Mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Unloved and depressing Used by many people for local wedding venue so not that interested in holiday makers. A little investment and a managment that care would make a big difference Cheep for a reason.

Holiday flare, had meals there on trip out too.

poor housekeeping room not made up or bins emptied or tea/milk replaced in 4 nights no clean towels either blind in bathroom broken we had to put towel over the unfrosted window which is open to the road. matress was badly stained also and uncomfortable also. some more choice at breakfast would be good,fruit maybe? no car park 25£ per week if you can find a space

It is right on SW Coast Path in the middle of a charming unspoiled Cornish seaside village. There is a deli/general store opposite and cafes etc nearby. We had dinner in the Halfway which was delicious. The full breakfast in the morning was huge and freshly cooked. We were lucky to be there on a Wednesday night when the local fishermen’s choir sings in the pub - a rare treat indeed.
