Very convenient apartment in great location, nicely furnished. Three pools available in the apartment complex, spotlessly cleaned. Great communication from the owner, smooth, selfcheckin. Would love to come back.

Le problème est le parking.Pas de parking privé pour cet appartement:cela est un MANQUE important, car l'utilisation des parkings publics à Gibraltar est compliquée pour un étranger! Une autre difficulté réside dans le paiement de la chambre qui n'a pas lieu au moment de la réservation, mais le lendemain, alors que nous étions en transit ,en voiture vers Gibraltar!!! A part cela ,l'appartement est "sympa"

Les formalités de réservation sont trop étalées.Dans notre cas étant en route en voiture cela était compliqué. Donc comme pour un hôtel,la réservation devrait être en un seul bloc

Great location and apartment

All information about self check-in / out, on how to get to the property and other details was provided to us in advance, and the host was responding to our questions in no time. Very small apartment, but super clean and cozy with all needed items for comfortable stay. The view from the window/balcony is mostly city, and partially marina. Two pools with the view and gym for the residents of this condominium were indeed a very special bonus, so we did not even search for beaches. Also distance to all places was very comfortable - the park, city center, marina, grocery, and restaurants are very close (5-7 min walk). Cable car station is 10 min walk. We highly recommend the property for single or double occupancy.

Es handelt sich hier um ein luxuriös und voll umfassend eingerichtetes Apartment. Es ist in einem Hochhaus untergebracht, und man bekommt vom Besitzer eine umfassende Erklärung per WhatsApp, wie man in sein Zimmer gelangt. Auf dem selben Wege erhält man auch die Zahlungsmodalitäten. Selbst habe ich gar nicht gesehen. Es fehlt rein gar nichts in diesem Apartment, sogar ein Adapter, an den ich nicht gedacht hatte (Es handelt sich immerhin um ein Stück Großbritannien) war im Apartment vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank lag neben einer Flasche Wasser, auch eine Flasche Cava – Sekt, was ich als sehr angenehme Aufmerksamkeit seitens des Besitzers empfand. Darüber hinaus kann man auch noch den Pool dieses Hauses benutzen, der auch ausreichend groß ist zum Schwimmen. Ich schätze ihn mal auf 18 m. Dort gibt es natürlich auch ausreichend Liegen zum Sonnenbaden, leider aber kein Sonnenschirm. Auch für die Fitness ist gesorgt, weil es im Haus auch ein großes Gym gibt, dass man ebenfalls mit benutzen darf. Lobend erwähnen möchte ich auch noch den Hausmeister der Unterkunft, der sehr hilfreich war, bei der Unterbringung meines Motorrades. Fahrzeuge unterzubringen, selbst ein Motorrad, ist nämlich in Gibraltar eine Sache für sich.

5 star is not enough . for them really happy I stayed for 5 nights. the apartment was so clean and the view was nice. close to shopping and markets and the swimming pool is amazing very quit and nice place. I will recommend to everyone who wanna vist Gibraltar.
