Habitación grande y hotel ubicado delante de una plaza que tenía mucho ambiente. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas casi un día entero (teníamos el vuelo de vuelta en la madrugada siguiente al check-out)

El agua caliente no funcionaba y el pomo de la puerta del baño se salía. Una de las luces de la habitación estaba fundida y el wifi iba bastante mal

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y la ubicacion inmejorable. El desayuno muy completo

The place is very clean. The location is as good as you can get. I was really pleased that I was able to shut out every bit of sunlight coming into the room, which made it much easier to sleep at night.

The one minor issue I encountered was resolved peacefully.

I stayed and payed for 3 nights with my visa card and then he cancelled my booking and mentioned no show and charged me additionnal one night because I decided to leave the hotel the next day. When I arrived the room was not made and he called someone to fix the bathroom then I decided to change the room and in the new room the air condition was not working well there was water on the floor. I called the receptionist at 2am in the morning and I didnt sleep at all. the Manager was very rude and didnt want to give me back my money even though I only slept one night in the hotel and I paid for 3 night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we had trouble booking a tour, they arranged one for us. Ady was also extremely helpful with addressing issues that occurred overnight. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options.

The room has very dark decor. We also had several issues with the room. First, the hallway to our room smelled very musty. The lights in the hallway only worked half the time. Inside our room, more than half the lights didn't work, so it was difficult to see anything in half the room. In addition, the bathroom counter was dirty, and there was mildew/mold on the ceiling. The water pressure in the shower was variable. The minibar was not stocked and the fridge was dripping brown water. We did not have issues with internet, but the wifi was not working in half the hotel during our stay. While the staff was very helpful, the manager was unresponsive. He was contacted multiple times about the issues in our room and did not respond. We also witnessed a phone call in which he hung up on his staff.

Not the cheapest but very good location, big rooms, nice balcony. Breakfast not great but OK. Close to ferry and airport. I used this hotel as my Praia base traveling Brava, Fogo, Maio.
