This house accommodated all of our needs. And has many extra beach and pool items included

This home was outstanding! Very well appointed , very clean, comfortable beds and everything possibly needed was included and labeled! The carpeting reduced the noise level in the house and provided a softer landing for our toddlers. The shuttle trolley was awesome! We took advantage of having bikes/kayak delivered which was convenient. We loved the Four Seasons neighborhood too! Would definitely rent here again!

Our family loves to cook, and we had a very well stocked kitchen to fix our meals and a nice big harvest table for everyone to sit at. The bedding and linens were very nice and provided well, lots of games and books and puzzles, and the pool was well used and really appreciated the extra pool toys and lounge chairs and patio accessories. We had 2 bikes to use, extra beach chairs and umbrella , and a nice big wheelbarrow for the beach to take everything to the beach. I t was farther to walk to the beach then I thought, so that needs to be known

Out of all the homes in OBX that we have stayed in this home was by far the cleanest. I was a little concerned about the carpet when we booked, but everything was extremely well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked, and had a large CrockPot in addition to numerous pots and pans. The living space offered lots of room for our family to relax at night. The house is well located so that you can walk a few blocks to the community outdoor pool and beach- or a slightly longer walk into Duck. A couple of things I wish were different- the pool area is very small and felt confined at times. The house was also very loud- DO NOT stay in the bedroom on the top floor if you want to go to sleep before everyone else. You can literally hear everything going on in the living room/kitchen area. Also, there was a mild hurricane when we were there and the wind in that bedroom was VERY loud. But the other bedrooms you didn't hear the wind as much, so sleeping in them during a storm is probably more ideal.

Beautiful home. This house had everything you needed. Beach chairs, floats, beach wagon. Kitchen fully stocked with every appliance and kitchen gadget you can think of. We will be back.

THIS PLACE IS DEFINATELY A JEWEL!!! Lots and lots of room for multi family and spaced for privacy, when you want to spend some free time alone, there are lots of spots inside to sneak off to!!! The club house, indoor pool, and weight rooms, are an added convenience!!! Our family loved it there!!

We had a fantastic family reunion for the week. What a lovely house with all the amenities we needed - only missing was an iced lemonade spout by the poolside!

This house has everything you could possibly need for your stay, the area is absolutely gorgeous, walking distance to shopping, restaurant, ice cream ect...the house is beautiful and clean and organized. The beaches are clean and well taken care of. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back again.

Beautiful home. Perfect layout for our family. Plenty of space. Access to bicycles and beach chairs was a plus.

Enjoyed well equipped kitchen, private pool And hot tub, plentiful barhs and porches. House is in neighborhood of similar houses and has no view of water just other houses. The town of Duck is a 15 min walk, beach is 10 min walk but you drove your car closer.

This beautiful home in Duck was part of an exclusive Four Seasons Lane community. There was an entrance gate, and community center at our disposal. You could walk, bike, stroller walk knowing the speed limit was only 15mph. The home was spacious with 8 bedrooms and 81/2 baths. The powder room off the kitchen was helpful due to the fact this was the main living space. The second floor had most of the bedrooms with only 1 not having a private bath. Downstairs on the very first level were two bunk rooms which can serve children nicely, or adults. Off the extra living room downstairs was a slider door to the beautiful good size pool and hot tub. Our family loved the option of going to the beach which was accessible by shuttle, walking or in our case we rented a golf cart; and then coming back for a swim. There is a playground within this neighborhood and as mentioned before the rec center has an indoor pool and basketball hoops and gym equipment. We had plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans to cook with and also two refrigerators. The extra kitchenette was also on the bottom floor which was helpful for extra space necessary with the large family. All amenities were met, washer dryer was essential as well as 2 coffee pots! The house provided 6 beach chairs. Knowing this helped with those of us who drove vs those that flew. We were very pleased with “ our home away from home”! It was very clean and decorated so nice! We were very happy staying here. Thank you.

This house allowed our family to gather and we had a wonderful experience. Everything was clean and neat. Many new features, lovely pool and lots of amenities in the neighborhood!

We were looking for a place for a week's stay where we could all be together with our extended family of 17. Jewel of Denial in Duck was just perfect! Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, a large dining/family room where all of us could watch TV, eat meals, and play games. The unit was much better equipped than we were led to believe with several beach chairs, 2 bikes, a wonderful pool and hot tub. We rented a golf cart and would recommend that even though the beach and downtown were both less than a half mile away.

We were a group of 13, four couples and four of our college aged kids. The house was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool was lovely and the location was excellent. We all loved the amenities available in the Four Seasons neighborhood.

My family of 10 adults (5 couples) and 6 grandchildren under 4 stayed the week in late summer (mid-Sep) and totally loved this house. It was plenty spacious and well plussed in many ways. The pool and hot tub was well cared for and cleaned for us upon arrival and midweek. The pool light wasn’t working (not unusual, I have found) but the area around the pool was well lit for evening times relaxing at the pool and hot tub. The open design of kitchen and dining area with large table was perfect for our family with the many meals we did in. The location ti community center and ocean was really nice. It was just far enough to keep most of the sand outside the house, especially perfect for the golf carts we rented. I recommend this to any family of our size, given the good number if king size beds and bathrooms.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. It was a short walk to the beach and if you preferred not to walk you could ask for a free parking permit or take the trolley. In addition to our own private pool, there was an outside and inside pool. The house does have a lot of steps but it wasn't a problem for our family. The only slight problem was a dryer that didn't work very well. You needed to run even small loads through at least twice. Other than that I would highly recommend this house.

This was perfect for our large family. Close enough to beach and Duck to break up the days when all were tired. Be glad to spend another vacation here!

Our stay was a very pleasant stay. The kitchen had everything you might need. We love the community of Duck, NC and the little development of the Four Seasons. We had access to the pools and easy access to the beach. Our hope is to come back as soon as possible.

No dish towels or bath mats. 1 sandpaper towel per person. Stairs wee curved dark carpet hard for those with mobility issues. Dryer broke, immediate response but COULD NOT. Fix. A bit dated decor but lovely setting and community. Good for a large group.

Great place, great friends, great family! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the amazing beach!!

The whole family- kids, spouses, grandchildren - enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all 13 of us! Everything is close. House is well stocked. A gas grill would be nice. We rented one. Get down to the beach early to claim your spot as fills up quickly. Great place overall!

We crammed in 10 adults and 8 children and everyone fit easily. The house was great for this family get together. Plenty of yard for corn hole. Loved all the chairs and beach stuff that was there for us to use. The location is a bit of a walk to the beach, but not too bad, and the shuttle came in handy the couple of times that we didn’t want to walk. Overall a very positive experience and highly recommended.

We loved this wonderful house and neighborhood. The house could not have been more family friendly and was the perfect set up for us! The whole experience was just fabulous!

House was big enough for 18 people to move about-and sleep comfortably. Large table for everyone to eat at. Pool was great. Backyard was flat and perfect for outdoor games. Two refrigerators- upstairs and downstairs. Enough spaces for all our cars. We had a fabulous stay!

We have stayed in many many beach houses over the years. This kitchen was the most organized one ever. Drawers and cupboards were labeled. The light switches in the house were labeled. The house was beautifully decorated with three super comfortable couches. It had a dining table that sat 14. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept in outside of Disney hotels.

My family and I stayed at this home in mid-May 2021 and it was wonderful. We were amazed at how spacious the house was and all the features. I loved that the house had a beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys, pool floats, etc. This was amazing so I didn't have to bring those along on our trip. We loved the close proximity to the beach and really enjoyed the walk. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies needed, and the outdoor grills were great; we used them every night! Very clean and the early check-in really helped us start our vacation.

This house was way more then we expected. It had beach chairs provided and pool floats and items which was nice. My 3 year old loved the pool and we liked the walk to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would including a crockpot. AWESOME!!!

We loved this place! Close to beach. Having our own pool and hot tub was great. Big yard where we played games like Bocce. We had two families and could have fit a 3rd. Property was beautifully maintained, even had beach chairs and umbrellas for us. Close walk or bike ride to Duck.

House is as described and accommodates large family gatherings. Slept multiple families comfortably. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We had a great family vacation. We rented gas grill separately, would be nice if gas grill was included. Also, renting golf carts is something you may want to consider, came in handy.

Our first time to Duck The house fit our large family-11 adults and 4 grandchildren -6months to 4 years- perfectly !! The pool was nice and had safety locks on the gates. We were in walking distance to the beach and the adorable town of Duck-which we did daily. We loved our vacation and hope to make it a yearly tradition.
