Location for being in/around Walnut Creek was great. Kinda tough coming/going as the entry was very small.
There were occasional communication difficulties with front desk staff.
Though pleasant, the valet staffing seemed overworked. Had to wait more than a couple of times... I had to let the front desk know that we had been waiting 10 minutes (the car had been brought out but no valet) - all I needed was anyone to give me my keys. The front desk person gave me an automatic "he'll be right there, he parking a car"... It was obvious that wasnt the case.

The staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Very quick and fast service

The room layout was functional and inviting. Breakfast was all encompassing and nicely laid out. The lady who serviced the breakfast area was very accommodating as was Courtenay on the front desk. Thank you ladies.
Lighting in the area between the bathroom and sleeping area was poorly lit .

The suite was amazing, big and huge kitchen
Even tho I asked multiple times for room service during our stay, nobody showed up, I ended up having to go up front 2 to get toilet paper and my own towels, as well as take the trash out

The Room was nice along with the efficiency. Very nice.
The only disappointment was having to pay for a service we didn't need, Valet Parking, I we still haven't received the remaining balance for the deposit. Thank you 😊

Good central location in Walnut Creek, nice spacious room.
First room had no view and little light, we were able to move after the second night to a better one. Next time I'll explicitly ask at reservation time.
No housekeeping! Their new policy states they would do it after seven days. Not really a hotel, is it? Nowhere on booking.com it mentions that.
Breakfast choices are poor, quality is pretty low.
Valet parking only! I hate valet parking, and again, nowhere on the site it said that.
