The property was clean, spacious, ample parking. The staff was friendly & patient. Armani at the front desk dealt patiently & efficiently with an unreasonable guest. I did not mind waiting as I watched how effectively he resolved the situation. The food prep staff were great, especially Moe. He was very attentive to guests food needs. Loved the breakfast nook layout. Overall an excellent stay. This is a place that effectively caters to international guests due to its proximity to the philly PHL airport. I’ll be back!

We stayed overnight for an early flight out -- left at 4:30 in the morning. We were never told they charged for parking while we were on vacation. The site listed free parking and free shuttle to the airport. Will not go back

Easy drive to Philadelphia to do many activities-Convention Center, the Market, Independence Hall and Liberty Bell, and a nice brewery...no more than 15-20 minutes. Free breakfast, free parking, comfortable room!
Nothing was too bad, busier Saturday, so it was a little more noisy... but did not get obnoxious. It was a good stay.

The room was comfortable. It has a kitchen setup. The breakfast was pretty good too.
The housekeeper was a little rude. She should work on her delivery when speaking to people.

The pool temperature was perfect. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were a little too mushy. The shower was the best.

Armani was the friendliest person I met in PA and went out of his way to help us with transportation.

The fridge didn’t get cold enough. The freezer was great. The dishwasher wasn’t working

The hotel was easy on and off the highway . There’s a Wendy’s and Cracker Barrell right there . There’s also a gas station . There was also another hotel next door . It was quiet and felt safe.
I think the pool area was a little messy . There were children there with no adult supervision. . They sort of ruled the pool .

The afternoon/evening staff was very friendly and courteous!
My bathroom was FILTHY there was no housekeeper so I had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies. There was hair all over the bathroom entryway, and the entire room. I had to disinfect everything before I could allow my children who are allergic to everything into the room. The pool was also filthy. The water was murky. There was no one in there to at least tell the children not to flip off of the furniture and splash into the pool.

The young man that was there when we checked in was fantastic! Took the time to ask about our trip and offered recommendations if we needed them. Everyone that we saw at the front desk was always friendly and spoke to us.
Other than the Cracker Barrel and the gas station in the same parking lot, there wasn't anything really close by.

my room was by the ice Machine and it was extremely loud. breakfast was very limited

I love the close location to a store and food locations. The lobby is beautiful and open.
Our room was very spacious but had an odd smell. We found hair in the fridge door even though we didn’t use the fridge. The pull out couch had blood stains on the mattress cover and food crumbs were stuck on it. My son wasn’t allowed to sleep on it because it was not clean.
