Loved our gorgeous oceanfront condo. We had all we needed AND many places to walk to and explore. Loved falling asleep listening to the waves and watching the beautiful sunsets. We even saw some dolphins!

I cook a lot because of food challenges, and the staff provided me with a blender and a proper coffee pot. The kitchen could have been better stocked. No salad or mixing bowls. No kitchen towels. The fireplace door was broken, and the master sink didn't drain from the moment I got there, but maintenance came the next day for that! I would stay again and recommend!!

We spent a lot of time on the beach taking long walks. The beach was not crowded and very clean. This condo has very friendly environment. We spoke with people who live in the condos and they were very welcoming. Overall my daughter and I had a much needed week in paradise.

With views of the ocean and easy access to the beach it was the perfect place for our family. Everything you could possibly need is in the unit making our stay perfect.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was quiet, clean, well stocked and a good location right near the stairs down to the beach and close to the parking spot. We loved the unobstructed ocean views. It was easy to find a spot on the sand at the bottom of the stairs right at the lifeguard station. We played tennis and didn't have to wait. It was a tad odd that the ping pong and pool required you bring your own paddles or sticks so we didn't play those. We used the air units a couple times and they worked great. We loved having a washer and dryer.

Played some tennis and used the hot tub....ALL GOOD

The location of this unit is fantastic! I love being able to look out and see the waves with surfers. I was in town for work and found myself working in the evenings and even on the weekend. I was able to comfortably work at the table for several hours. It felt like I was at a home away from home. If I'm back in town for a week or longer, I'll try to stay here again.

However, the bathrooms were not clean, specifically the rugs in the bathrooms which were totally disgusting and I had to wash them to be able to use them. The blinds on the sliding glass door were so broken I was never able to close them for my entire week-long stay, which was a privacy concern. There was also an incident in the parking garage where someone was reviving their engine and peeling out so bad that neighbors were complaining about the smoke and smell. I really wanted to love this cute little place but it was just so dirty and upsetting.

What a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. The grounds are very well maintained, it is quiet and very clean. The beach was not crowded except for Saturday and Sunday, so we just went early on those days. The stairs to the beach could be a problem if you have mobility issues.
