The location is beautiful! It’s right on the beach, and the gardens are superb. The air conditioning worked well. There is only one AC unit, in the living room, but it cooled the house well enough for the bedroom to be nicely cooled. There’s a washer in the unit, which was very helpful for me after two weeks of vacation. I hung my clothes outside on the rack on the porch and they were dry enough the next morning. The shower water pressure is excellent and the water was nice and hot. The owners are very kind and sweet and were very patient with me about everything because I had driven all day and was tired and anxious when I arrived. But they quickly put me at ease, and so did the lovely apartment and view. There’s a coffee shop/bar, grocery store, and ATM a short 5 minute walk, past the apartment, on the beach (take a right outside the front gate). The apartment is about a 20 minute drive into the old town area where the sea organ is, along streets that are literally right on the water. The entire town is gorgeous. I’m so glad I stayed here!

The front door was hard to close from the outside and would be helped by installing a handle on it to pull instead of the key. The WiFi connection was terrible—it was not working while in the apartment and I had to go outside on the porch to find it. I suggest pointing the antennas towards the apartment or installing a wifi mesh system. They only take cash for the payment and I didn’t see that in my reservation but that was my fault! I was able to walk 5 minutes to an ATM for the payment, no problem. Parking was very tight because it’s a public beach, but I was able to get my rental car into a spot very close by. The neighbors were a bit noisy, but I was there during opening night of the Olympics so maybe everyone was up late watching.

Kellemes apartmanház a belvárostól távolabb, csendes környezetben a tengerpartra néző teraszokkal, szép kis kerttel. A belváros autó nélkül is megközelíthető részben gyalog, részben a bérelhető városi elektromos kerékpárokkal, vagy rollerekkel. A földszinti komfort apartman tágas, a felszerelt konyha-nappali a kertre és a tengerpartra néz. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes, a hálószoba is elegendően nagy méretű. Összességében nagyon otthonos hely.

Biztos van ilyen, de nekünk nem tűnt fel semmi zavaró a 3 nap alatt.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Die Dachterrasse ist klasse und lädt zum Lesen, Sonnen und Frühstücken ein. Es sind einige Stufen hoch zu gehen, man sollte also noch gut zu Fuß sein. Die Vermieterin ist ein Goldstück und sehr freundlich. In ca. 300 m Entfernung ist eine kleine liebevoll bewirtschaftete Bar direkt am Meer neben einem kleinen Supermarkt. Nach dem Brötchenholen empfiehlt sich ein Kaffee mit Meerblick. Parken ist unproblematisch und immer möglich.

Es hatte eine wenig „Ostalgie-Charme“. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig und die Dusche ist für einen Großgewachsenen recht eng. Das Wlan ist langsam und bereits auf der Dachterrasse oder im Schlafzimmer hat man keinen Empfang mehr. Prime schauen ging aber, mit kleinen Unterbrechungen gut. Uns hat das alles nicht gestört. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und durch die Rezensionen wussen wir, was wir bekommen.

The location is very good. Beach front, beautiful garden, easy to get to Zadar by bus. The station is just behind the corner.

Unfortunately, there were a few things we didn't like. First and foremost, it was not the balcony, but a porch, and from there you can't really see the sea because of trees growing just in front of it. Second, it needs deep cleaning because of the mold in the shower and around the bathroom window. Moreover, when showering water would not run down the drain fast enough, so you need to stand in the soapy water. That also is uncomfortable if you want to shower immediately after another person. Third, WiFi connection was basically non-existing, only sometimes working in the mornings. To top it up, we were asked to pay in cash, which was not stated when booking property. Furthermore, we needed to require the receipt and the host did not look very happy about it.

Excellent place for families: with garden, air conditioning, comfortable, very nice host. Next to the Borik beach with a sea view, bus stop, a supermarket. 15 minutes by bus to get to Zadar old town. We loved it.

Fantastic location, couldn't imagine it better! Beautiful house, apartment with terrace overlooking the sea, very easy to find. Place was spotless and very comfortable. I recommend it to everyone :)

The apartment is absolutely amazing. Super clean, cozy, spacious, and with an amazing terrace. It felt like home! Totally recommend and want to come back already!
