I like the staff.

The photos of the hotel are like "cat fishing".This is the scariest neighborhood. The pool was a big NO. I won't ever come back. Bed was uncomfortable, Blankets were a joke. But the staff was fantastic!!

Loved free on-site parking. Loved the room - very spacious and clean. Very close to medical appointments. Great price. We didn’t eat breakfast there, so I don’t know about that.

Coffee. But not a deal breaker for me. They did have a coffee maker in the room and a fridge that we didn’t use - could have made my own.

Good location. Everything was clean if older and a bit worn. Basically it was good as a clean bed for the night.

There was no breakfast. There was only a pantry that we could BUY food from and a sign in the elevator that there would be no complementary breakfast even tho it was supposed to be included in the room cost. Plenty of extra pillows, but no extra blanket.

Choose this hotel because of a shuttle that is provided and continental breakfast. Sadly breakfast is permanently gone and shuttle is not provided on the weekends!

Good location easy to get to the NRG Stadium.

I was awoken at 7am because of water dripping on my face from the ceiling. Front desk never answered the phone when I called, so I had to get dressed an go down to lobby, was given another room, that was all, didn't even get an apology or ask how our stay was, when we checked out. Plus no breakfast,because of rooms having kitchenettes, but it was still an inconvenience,because we only stayed one night. Who goes grocers shopping for only staying one night.

A big reason we booked here was the full breakfast advertised. There was no breakfast available and when I pointed out the published info on their website..it was oops, they haven't changed that. Otherwise it was ok.

Absolutely nothing! The room and bed were so bad we had to change rooms but it didn't get better. There was no breakfast even though they advertised it. Rooms were not ready till very late. They were price gouging and not honoring prices even with a confirmation. Reservations were lost etc etc etc

Shuttle Service was great.

Breakfast was not part of package. Coffee out each time I went to get some. Last year we came breakfast was very good. This time it was👎🏾.

the room smelled musty, the blanket had a black stain, there was a small roach in the bathroom and they desk clerk seemed bothered when I asked her for 2 extra towels and linens for the sofa sleeper

was close to NRG stadium and was okay.

when we checked in the lady sat typing on her computer and ignored us for quite a bit, she didn’t even say hi. and the hotel was okay but everything around the hotel seemed to not be that safe.

Very lame. There was only oatmeal and coffee.

Location was perfect for medical center. Nearby places to eat , also food delivery if needed. Room was very clean with little details that were nice folded tails soaps etc.

Toilet was way to small for adults too short kid size. No King bed. And didnt like that fan came on eith bathroom light to wake people up. Plus to noisy when not needed. Tv was to small and hard to work, had to call someone in.

Room was convenient and affordable

Booked a smoking room but it was first come first serve. Breakfast was just waffles and oatmeal. Could have been better.

We had stayed here a few nights before. That first stay was excellent. Our room had a separate bedroom, which was wonderful. My husband had a scheduled procedure required before a pending surgery at MDA and had to do some "prepping " before bedtime. The separated bedroom and living area afforded him privacy. But for this 2nd stay, we had our daughter with us to help us out. This night, we got a tiny room with a couch. I went to the desk to inquire about getting a more comfortable room, but none was available So I am thinking that when we book a room it is a toss-up so to speak about what type of room you will have.
