the description claims "fully furnished kitchen" this was partly true, there were a lot of things, including toaster, oven etc, missing was forks, there were only 3 forks! and the dish washer were not correctly installed, which meant that it could tilt in a somewhat dangerous way.

the toaster and the microwave are very dirty with rusty stain, broken garbage bins, dirty vacuum machine full of dust and hair, dirty washing machine, cooking pen / pots and tools with stain and rusty,

Laundry machine. Proximity to business park.

Garbage container was overfilled and had not been emptied in some time as it was rather foul smelling.

We came to visit our daughter who is a student at Oxford Uni. Overall the property worked well for us. It was considerably cheaper than properties in town centre and has excellent bus service into town (you can also walk in along the river, beautiful but takes some time)

Biggest problem was that the bedroom curtains are not very effective. We stayed in June, I was usually woken up at 5am by the sunlight coming into bedroom. I would not stay here again in June. Also a few maintenance issues, eg gate to bin area was stuck and a light did not work (we reported but was not fixed by time we left).

The landlords endeavoured for a clean apartment and took suggestions for improvement seriously

Near to Oxford city centre . Clean and tidy apartment to accommodate our family of 4 with all useful appliances.

Garden area could of been cleaner .

Just perfect for our circumstances, would happlily stay again and probably will again in the coming weeks.

The Admin side to booking this was awful. over 20 emails just to allow us in the property!
