Outstanding customer service. The staff was accommodating and very friendly!

I like to be able to swim in the morning and although it was mid May the pool was not yet open…I booked a couples massage but I didn’t realize they use an outside vendor…I could have saved 50% off the very expensive massage by hiring a masseuse to come to the room…at this price point I expect the “spa” to have a sauna or steam room etc. but it is not a spa…it is just a massage room…

Customer service was impeccable. Very friendly staff, very clean. Rooms are very comfortable. Convenient location to boardwalk.

Staff at he reception was not friendly. In addition, when we explained that we have an urgent problem and will have to leave earlier, they set a $ 1400 cancellation fee. We do not recommand this hotel. it does not deliver value for money. far too expensive for what it is.

The aesthetics were incredible, the rooftop pool and lounge area is unmatched. Great view of the beach, food and drinks were awesome too. The staff was kind, helpful, and attentive!

The place was beautiful. The staff couldn't of been nicer. I loved my little patio on the dunes.

The food...To park at the facility was expensive.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were always helpful, but especially George, the ambassador bell Nan. he couldn’t do enough to help, with restaurants, directions, local area information and much more. he always had a smile on his face and friendly word, this turned a great stay into an exceptional stay. There was also a great pianist, singer and songwriter, Arlan, on the Saturday night. We throughly enjoyed our evening listening to him.

The location was amazing and the room was just beautiful, I wish the weather was better to enjoy the outdoor space.

The price was a little high for the time of year.
