Nagyon finom volt a reggeli, a szobák tágasak, az ágy kényelmes, a személyzet szuper barátságos volt. A város központba 10 perc robogóval lehetett bejutni, nekem nagyon tetszett, hogy a városon kívül, csendes helyen volt a hotel de mégsem túl messze. A medence gyönyörű, a masszázs Isteni! Szuper hotel!

The staff at adiwana was AMAZING! We booked a balinese massage and it was absolute the best massage ever. The room was big and clean. We had the best ever.

Every single thing was beyond amazing at unagi suites, staff are the best thing about this place, pool is peaceful and luxurious.. afternoon tea everyday up at the skybar is a great way to unwind in the arvo. Food and drinks were lovely. The chef is a friendly guy who is welcoming. Even lucky enough to get a massage at the Spa which was lovely - great service from Ande and Deni. Everything, location, vibe, staff and facilities is 100% perfection.

We got our room free upgraded, so we got the room with direct access to the pool with the lovely view. All of the staffs are very friendly and helpfull especially to the kids. The room is super comfy and clean. We would definitely comeback if we were in the area.

We found the staff to be friendly, a common trait in many Bali hotels. Our heartfelt thanks go to the shuttle drivers who were exceptionally helpful. They are the sole positive memory we'll take from our stay at this hotel. It would be much better if lobby team sent less marketing messages on WhatsApp.

I can't understand how they have such high scores. Don't expect anything different from a 2-star hotel. The hotel is located 30min walking from Ubud, but there is no safe walking path to reach it. While there is a shuttle available at specific times during the day, these limited hours can be quite restrictive. Especially in the evenings, you may find yourself confined to the hotel. While the hotel boasts a peaceful pool with a forest view, securing a sun lounger can be quite a challenge. The hotel offers minimal activities, leaving you with little to do other than sitting in the uneventful lobby. The restaurant, despite its lofty ratings, disappoints in terms of food quality, with a monotonous breakfast menu. Unfortunately, the worst part of our stay was the room. We had booked a more expensive "club room" and were presented with a room that looked nothing like the photos online. All the furniture, fixtures, and essentially everything in the room appeared old and dirty. It took us several days to get used to this situation. While it's normal to encounter mosquitoes and ants in the Ubud region, we certainly didn't expect to find cockroaches in the room. On our last day, we were shocked to discover a cockroach crawling near our towels at the edge of the sink. What's more, the room lacked even a hanger to hang our towels, so we had to place them on the countertop. Even the air conditioning control seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in years. On the first day, we had to clean everything we needed to touch in the room ourselves. All the towels appeared worn and the bed linens had permanent stains. These are just a few of the issues that come to mind. Our experience was so disappointing that we requested to check out the following day and asked for a refund of the remaining days of our stay. After speaking to the hotel manager, it took exactly 1.5 days to receive a response. Since we had only one day left, we decided to tough it out.

The property is beautiful, the rooftop terrace lovely. So many nice touches like free afternoon tea and all day breakfast.

The airport pick up was terrible. The driver was not anywhere visible, the car's seatbelts did not work and half way into the journey he wasn't sure where he was going. We waited almost one hour on arrival at midnight to locate him and had to call the hotel many times. :( Not at all up to standard of such an expensive property. Also, the rooms are lovely and large but are very dark. Its not nice to have to turn on lights during the day. And there were so many mosquitoes :(. I didn't see any evidence of spraying or lighting of coils like other propoerties.

I had an amazing stay at this resort. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The Infinity pool is small

Extremely beautiful in the heart of ubud

Everything is really nice. The hotel is small and very nice. Clean, close to the city center and offers shuttle bus by a timetable.

The only thing that I wish I was aware is that the access to the pool is restrictive. They allow people to come and block the sun beds even if they are not at the pool. Also bear in mind that the pool has only 9 sun beds so it is quite unpleasant to come to the pool, see towels on the sun beds and nobody around to use them. When I told the management this, the only answer I got it was that this is the situation and everything is on a first come first served basis, not understanding that my complain was because NOBODY was using that sun beds for at least an hour…

Highly recommended. Was warmly greeted by the staffs with welcome drink and staffs are extremely helpful and polite. Hotel room is spacious, clean and cosy. Best part of the service is that you can whatsapp them for any requests and queries and response is almost instant. Breakfast can be delivered to your room upon request. The restaurant at the hotel serves good asian fusion food with live jazzy music (:

Menu is limited

We loved our stay here! A friend and I were travelling together. It was close to Ubud (taxis turn up quickly anywhere nearby and are very cheap), but being slightly outside meant it was so nice and quiet as soon as we walked into the hotel grounds past reception. A wonderful oasis that felt so relaxing, we made good use of the pool and happy hour, and the staff were very attentive. It seems there are only ~12 rooms so it’s not too busy either, nice and private. The rooms were also spacious, and the restaurant had fantastic food.

Just a personal preference but we didn’t need all the cookies, sometimes it would have been nice if they were left in the room after it was cleaned rather than knocking on the door (as we ere sometimes showering etc after being in the pool, and answering the door in robes). But such a minor detail. This property was amazing and we would both happily come back again!

Everything was really perfect. The room was very spacious, clean, the bed very comfortable and also the pillows. The shower and WC had an exterior part with plants, which was very nice to see. The breakfast was very good and tasty, they had also good vegetarian and vegan options. And the staff was very kind and always ready for anything you needed. Hotel totally recommended

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Could not get over the view from the pool and how stunning it was. The rooms were huge and we can’t thank the staff enough for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. All the staff were superb, especially Nyoman, Seita and Deika. Nothing was ever a problem and we would love to stay again.
