Location very good. Property great. Nice and light, particularly the kitchen / living room, with some lovely soft furnishings. Would return.

Trying to use an external site to confirm how to get the keys out of hours took a lot of time unnecessarily. If you could make this easier ......

Keys should be in a lock box. It was not easy to pick them up as you cannot park outside the office where they have to be collected from. The sofa cushions were dirty and stained and the frying pan was unusable. The walls are really thin and you can hear the people next door really clearly

The location is great, very central, I am sure it would have made for a great break.

We had to make a cancellation last minute due to works directly outside (within 5-8 metres) of the property. The agents called with only a couple of days notice and made out that there was a potential for "some noise" - This is despite the works being just around the corner from their offices, easy for them to check which I asked and they confirmed they had not. Understandably the works were outside of their control but the response was very much within their control. The works using heavy machinery to drill into and pile rocks rendered the property useless and we had to cancel. They did not offer that as an up-front option but did not contest. This meant booking elsewhere at short notice and increased cost. They made no offer to find an alternative (despite being a large local agent for holiday lets). When I visited their office to discuss the handling and show the staff a video of how loud the works were, there was no real response, I followed up by email with the reply also lacking any admission of poor handling, poor local knowledge and no gesture to recompense. It's no reflection on the property but the booking agent is very much part of the process.

Location is excellent. Beautiful views.
