Though there is everything entertainment a few evenings per week plus life music the rest of evening s but overall it felt too boring.

Food at the main buffet restaurant was good but repeating and after 1 week there we got bored eating the same. However there are other ala carte restaurants available to book and try.

Calm, beautiful and the most excellent vacation you will ever have inside a hotel! The perfect level of service and management! Truly beautiful place- welcoming, not arrogant, family and europien feeling. Great food and service, relaxing spa, simple yet with the sense of quality in everything you see. What I loved about this hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The staff are so friendly and efficient. The food was outstanding the beach gorgeous. Absolutely everything was to die for !!!

The food, the staff and the environment. Beautiful location with a lovely beach.
The entertainment was poor in comparison with other hotels we have stayed at. There should have been more entertainment ( only 3 shows per week) . The shows were very poor and quite boring for children as mainly singing pop songs . There should have been a magician or balloon person on the beach one of the nights or something to keep children entertained when parents want a drink. I noticed most children were in front of iPads in the evenings and we didn’t so this with our kids so we played card games with them but it would have been nice for each night them to look forward to

It was our first stay and we loved the restaurants and the amazing staff. I want to particularly to highlight DJ Lazarus (amazing music), Lordi, Lazaros, Ivan on the beach, Autonis, Agelos and all staff in restaurant Provence. Thank you!
The deck chairs on the beach and the fact that people are allowed to reserve them by putting their things on them early in the morning and then showing up midday. I know the hotel will work on changing this policy.

Good location, on the beach. It is clean and looks very good. The staff were friendly and attentionate. Big resort with a lot of facilities, but sadly not all were open. Overall, it is a good hotel and I recommend it.
The internet connection was not great. The sofa in the living room was not confortable and defective. There is an area that includes part of the beach and a swimming pool where we were told access was forbidden, even though this does not appear in the description.
