Road noise made it impossible to sleep. Undisclosed excessive pet fee of $75, found out after check-in. Supposedly pet-friendly room was on the 4th floor and forced us to use the elevator as my pet is recovering from knee surgery.

Kind staff and helped me with directions as my gps didn’t seem to know the new roads in the area. The listed said there was no parking at the property but there was plenty of parking

Very nice room, extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was amazingly nice.

The check-in staff was unable to locate the reservation using the booking.com confirmation number OR name. She kept assisting others instead of completing the check-in. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hot showers

Cleaning every other day, the pull out couch was terrible and uncomfortable like sleeping on a pallet, pillows were flat, elevator was broken 3 of 4 days we were there and we were on the third floor, breakfast was boring with lack of selection and powdered eggs and week old, stale biscuits, the walls were paper thin and could hear all others bathroom time in next door rooms, and the location was on a busy street with constant traffic day and night. As well, upon checking out, we were greeted with Sherwood tax, Washington county tax and Oregon state tax for each night…around $20 a night. This place is horrible. If I could get my money back, I would but since I can’t I would advise nobody stay at this hotel.

It was really great and we all loved the waffles. Thank you for such a great variety every day.

We didn’t have any housekeeping staff come by during the entire stay. The room was full of trash cans needing to be emptied out and no new towels were delivered to the room during the trip.

It was very lax. Beds were comfortable, along with pillows. Very comfortable stay.

I had ants in my cooler in the morning. And found some by the trash in hall.
