Beautiful property, beautiful view. Farther from any towns than originally thought. House staff was good and came daily but would have been nice to have been stocked with a few house essentials. We wanted to do our laundry and dishes but were told we had to supply our own dish and laundry soap. The house staff was there to wash the towels every day but if we wanted to wash our own clothes we had to supply our own soap. For the price of the accommodation it would have been nice to have those small things. There is no store close by so it was a pain to have to work that out on our own. It also would have been nice to have basic essentials in the house like unlimited drinkable water, coffee, tea, oil, etc. Our house manager was available but not necessarily the most helpful.He didn’t offer much help. The massages were amazing at the spa on the property! Cash only though - FYI. We walked to both Bucerias and La Cruz but was tide dependent. About 40 min in either direction. We were able to get either taxis or Ubers to pick us up at the door which was super convenient. It is only about a 5 min cab to La Cruz and 10-15 to Bucerias depending on traffic. All in all we had an amazing time at this property. It fit our family perfectly and the pool and views are amazing! I would definitely go back but again, for the price you pay would be nice to have a few essentials included.

Beautiful, spacious home with ocean views from every room, with top amenities. It is superbly maintained both, inside and outside. We were 9 adults and everyone got their own comfortable bed, plenty of towels, and lots of space to hag out. The on-site cafe with an infinity pool was very convenient. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards and our own private jacuzzi. The beach is a little rocky but the water is calm )no waves) and very private. The host was very responsive and helpful, Definitely returning.

This house was the perfect spot to call home for 2 weeks. It is private and in a great location right at the beach. We enjoyed the access to the spa, restaurant and many other pools on the property. Having our own pool and hot tub was great being that we were 3 families with 7 kids in our group. The full kitchen and BBQ made it easy to make our own meals. The rooms were large and comfortable and the cleaning staff did a very nice job during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home for your relaxing getaway.

Overall, beautiful property and safe, secluded location. The home was spacious and accommodated our 3 families with children of varying age ranges nicely. Beach access was immediate, however the beach was extremely rocky. Our families traveled to other beaches in Sayulita, Bucerias and Puerto for more comfortable beach access. Other points to consider were the distance to nearby stores and groceries. Taxi service was a must to get to any nearby stores or attractions. Definitely nothing within walking distance. We’ve stayed at other Bucerias villa properties that included a chef service. Since this was both an anniversary and birthday trip, we had hoped to include this as part of the experience. We had limited contact or support from the property manager in securing these additional services. Communication was delayed or non existent in certain cases. The chef that we did secure was part of the property restaurant staff. We would have liked more options as this chef offered limited menu options at expensive prices. Overall, the location and site itself was beautiful. We spent the majority of the time in the pool and in the main indoor living space. All rooms had their own AC units and were kept at cool temperatures.

Ocean water was chilly and beach area near condo is not very swimmable...but beautiful to look at. One of the bedrooms has an outdoor entrance and is not connected to the interior of the villa...which was fine for us, as we were a group of adults and older kids, but might not work well with younger kids. Tanya was easy to work with and the daily cleaning crew was top-notch. We also had Chef Miguel's staff cook us one dinner meal and it was delicious!

Wow this is a beautiful property! And Tanya, the hostess, was great…always available to answer questions and help us navigate transportation and excursions, and super friendly. The restaurant just steps away had great food and staff(only takes cash), and the restaurant just down the beach was fun too. Make sure to bring water shoes, as the ocean is rocky… We can’t wait to return!

There is a main resort walkway just a few feet from the pool and no fence. We got used to it quickly but it’s good to know ahead of time if you’re expecting privacy. Punta de Esmeralda is a little bit outside of town, but Tanya the concierge can make it easy to get anywhere you need to go. We hired a chef to come in and do some meals for us , and also enjoyed the beach cafe that is just steps from the house. (The tamarind margarita is amazing!) We also had massages by Lorena at the house ,which Tanya arranged for us, and highly recommend you treat yourself to the experience !

I brought a group of 11 women to the house for a 40th birthday celebration. It was absolutely perfect. The pictures are beautiful, but it's even better in person. There are four bedrooms and two of them sleep 4-5 adults. This was no problem, the closets had ample storage space for all the suitcases and clothes, and the bathrooms are huge and lovely. We used the chef service recommended, and it was excellent! It was such an amazing value to have all grocery shopping, meals prepared and clean up for a group this large, plus the food was excellent. Another amazing part of this house is the concierge service that is included.

We decided to rent this house in Huanacaxtle so all of our family could finally spend time together. It was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as described and so much more. Comfortable, safe, clean and beautiful!! The management company were really nice helping us to make the best of our vacation before and during our stay. I would definitely suggest arranging transportation to/from the airport and hiring the recommended chef . We had gourmet Mexican food everyday and never had to worry about going to a supermarket, preparing food ourself or cleaning up. It took the stress out of finding restaurants and transportation. It made an excellent vacation even more amazing !! We will definitely return to this location in the future xx

Very spacious and beautiful villa! Perfect place to relax and enjoy the house accommodations and beach. The club restaurant is very good and just next door for eating out convenience. They actually delivered our food without us asking!
