We had an incredible time in 30a at Coconut Cove! We had a mom group/girls trip and this house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space- great pool (recommend heating if not in summer), great large dining table and deck for eating, nice large couch for sitting and plenty of pool chairs! We did have a slight issue with the AC not working right when we arrived but the team was absolutely incredible in getting someone out there ASAP, providing fans and then ensuring they handled it professionally. They were great to work with after to ensure our stay was overall a good experience. I would recommend either bringing more chairs/umbrellas or renting as unit only comes with 3 chairs. You are just a couple blocks from beach- you cross over one main road. Very simple to walk! We rented a car to get to Seaside. You could walk but prob take you 20 minutes- golf cart would def work too. We didn’t rent one bc nervous on rules etc but we saw a lot of ppl with them! Overall great location, great size of house and very responsive management team. Thx for a great girls trip!

The location was absolutely amazing! A close walk to the beach, easy enough to walk back at lunch time to make sandwiches. The house is great from the outside and it is nice that it has a pool. Downside was the air conditioning on the 2nd and third floor did not work well. It was literally like a sauna in the third floor bedroom. In addition, the freezer did not keep food frozen or make ice. The dryer also did not work well and made a horrible noise. Other than that, the house was very nice. It could be better if they just fixed those few things. The management company was very receptive.

This house was very comfortable for our large family and conveniently located to the beach.

Great home for our family. We had 10 adults and 6 kids. The location and access to the beach was so easy. Loved having the swimming pool too. Very responsive to issues. The ice maker wasn't working properly so they kept us stocked with ice. The gas grill wasn't working properly so they brought a brand new one to us. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was outstanding and suited our family well.

Great house

Very nice and warm home with plenty of space for 5 children from 6 months to 6 years. Rooms were big enough for small families to stay where babies can nap. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The living area was very comfortable and the inside fire was delightful. The kitchen was great with plenty of space and more than enough dishes and glassware for this size group. We spent a lot of time on the porch with the outside fireplace and television. We had several evening meals there. The refrigerator was large and more than adequate for our food for the holidays. We all agreed that we would love to be able to come back for our biannual gathering.

First of all, the home was in Santa Rosa Beach, not San Juan. The alarm on the sliding doors to the back yard was obnoxious. There should have been a way to bypass from both the inside and outside (currently only inside). The kitchen was lacking things. For example, there was no pizza cutter. Overall, the house was really nice and the size was perfect for us.
