They are rough people and full of crimes and me being a civilised person of the community I can’t cope with them. The police already know about that place and it’s a money which is is not going through books. I am sorry but they are drug dealers with balaclavas on

Got given 2 separate codes for door to the room without noticing. Coming back late or early as it was couldn't get into the room. Bed was uncomfortable

Disgusting. Nothing safe or clean. From broken bed to dirty toilet to no toilet roll Unclean toilet, smelly. Staff are extremely rude and disrespectful.

never recommended because they are thief they just think about money ,rubbish properties and very bad service if you be late for min delay you will be extra charge for that .we have booked dabble bed room in sedcot Rd when we arrived therethey gave us two single bed room and when we complained they sent us to deferent place which was very dirty and even they didn’t have hand wash liquid and fully rubbish .again I contacted to the property assistant they sent us to a deferent place and they told us it’s Ensuite and you have to pay extra 20£ i paid and when i arrived i saw its two single bed they put them togather and made one double bed which was shocking . and morning they sent one seqrity to charge us for extra stay one hour and they charged us 30£ again . its reall shocking and they are thieves.just want to let you know never ever recommended.avoid 100%
