Perfect spot, if you want to visit the Abel Tasman! Wonderful and fully equipped apartment very close to the entrance, with lovely great hosts

Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Exceptional spacious and well furnished one bedroom apartment, great bathroom with good shower and washing mashine. Location close to the beach and excellent facilities near by as shop, water taxi, kayak hire place and restaurants. We were very well looked after and would happily return.

Leaving! There was no hot plate to make porridge, however there might be one on request. We didn't asked for it at the time.

from photos it appeared to be seperate dwelling but it was part of their house. it was dark (no sunlight) and didn’t feel private.

Absolutely everything. Everything was of highest quality from cutlery to sofa and bedding. A coffee pod machine with four pods, and to my wife's absolute delight, a washing machine. The place was roomy and the heat pump very efficient. A very nice touch was a night light in the bathroom to save having the ceiling light left on at night in case of calls of nature.

Not exactly didn't like, but the microwave on top of the fridge was too high for my wife. Great for me so I was able to help - unusual for me in the kitchen! I realise there was no other suitable place, but the whole apartment was so good, this was the only thing I could think to comment on.

Location was great. Very close to the start of the Abel Tasman track. Very quiet.

A lovely apartment, well appointed, and extremely comfortable king size bed. A very short walk to the beach, and the start of the Abel Tasman Park.

This apartment is actually a long way out of Motueka, which we didn't realise until we finally got there.

Tricky to find in the dark.

The bed and pillows were awesome. The place was very clean.

I didn't realise the "apartment" was under their house. The "private" garden was overlooked by their deckings and house. Apart from the barking dogs, you could hear every clomp of their feet, and every time they talked. Woken during the night when they go to the toilet, then woken again at 7, when they get ready for work, although there always seems to be someone at home. I think the sign in the bathroom is very rude, asking to use a small amount of toilet paper, don't flush unless it's brown, and have short showers! They also expect you to use the nightlight in the bathroom at night so the fan doesn't start, so every time the nightlight sensor stops, you have to wave your arms to start it again! There are flash pots in the cupboard, but no oven. One bun liner for 4 days, and one tea towel. I couldn't wait to leave, and will never be back. It also wasn't cheap! An expensive 4 day nightmare 😠 The owner seemed nice enough, but I never even saw his wife, but definitely heard her.

Grant was so warm in welcoming us and the stay was just a minute away to the beach :)

Nice and roomy apartment which was very well equipped with top quality fittings. Very comfortable beds and reclining chairs. The hosts were great and keen to help. Nice quiet location.

We had a bit of trouble getting the new tv to work, but that wasn’t the tv’s fault!!

Unfortunately you can hear every footstep of the folk upstairs. Woke us early hours of the morning. But even so we loved it.

We came in a little late was dark already and our host Grant waited for us till we arrived.Apartment was beautiful . I loved the interior design and amenities. Nice location near abel tasman.
