Everything about the house was fantastic. Plenty of space, nice outdoor seating area and grill. The best part was the hosts where fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I strongly recommend this location. I will be back!

This house was absolutely perfect and the owners were very accommodating. The way the rooms are set up is perfect for giving group members the privacy they want, as well as having common space for us to enjoy each other’s company. The place was spotless! The location is perfect for a visitor to Nacogdoches and there is outdoor privacy, though it’s on a busy road. It was walking distance from the multiple places we needed to be. I would book the house again, for sure!

Four of us stayed in this house this past weekend while attending our sorority reunion and SFA’s 100 year celebration! The house was very cozy, comfortable and in a great location. We said over and over again how much we liked it! Highly recommend!

Amazing property! The location is walking distance to food, Main street and shopping. The home is cozy, comfy and clean! It is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice place to stay. Lots of bedrooms for the family. They had plenty of dishes, etc. We were able to walk to the Fredonia and around the neighborhood.

We had a fantastic weekend in Nacogdoches staying at the centrally located, fully equipped house. You are a little close to the main road, so expect some road noise, but it didn't really bother us.
Overall the property fully met our expectations and we would gladly stay here again.

Location
Location location location! We enjoyed our 4 night stay for our son’s wedding. The first thing my husband noticed was a comfy recliner, just what we needed for relaxing after long days of fun activities. The kitchen was just what I needed to prep a charcuterie board for the bridal suite! We will be back.

All of the necessities were provided - including coffee pods, coffee creamer, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The owners really do provide a lot here for your stay. The house was easy to find and located close to the main street, so at night sometimes the traffic noises were a little loud, but I was able to use my white noise on my phone to drown out the traffic noise. I would recommend staying here and would rent this place again!

We were a group of 7 women reuniting for our sorority's 50th anniversary. We thought the house was homey, comfy, and charming. Sisters visiting family and friends
My sister and I stayed in this lovely well appointed home while visiting my dad and bestest friends. What a great house! Lots of room everything was perfect. We were very comfortable. We will definitely consider this home in the future.

Great location
We really enjoyed staying here. We were able to walk to the downtown area for dinner and a wine walk, and during the day we walked to campus. The home was comfortable and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. It was a great trip!

Girls Birthday Weekend
We had a group of moms and daughters for our girls 22nd birthday weekend. The house was perfect for all of us to get to be together. Very well stocked and very clean. Henry & Sharon very quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be back to stay.

Awesome home!
We stayed in this home between Christmas and New Years. The home was beautiful and immaculate. It was very clean. We had everything we needed to have a great time. We really liked the SFA Christmas tree. The beds were comfortable and I really liked cooking in the kitchen. We already want to come back and stay in the home again. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home at a good central location to everything in town.

We rented the home for our daughter’s graduation. The house was perfectly located, clean and was stocked with all the items to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. The owners were extremely nice and prompt in communications. We had 8 people in our party and more than enough room for everyone. I would highly recommend renting this home. Thanks for everything!

Home away from home
Beautifully decorated, cozy, and comfortable, this was our home away from home for 9 days. This home has tons of character and interesting features. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the house tremendously. The grill in back was very useful. The hosts are very responsive to any questions. Location is convenient and close to the main road in Nacogdoches. All in all, a great experience. Thank you!
