Fantastic views, so quiet and spacious.

The lift wasn’t working but we had been informed about this already so we had been warned. Many stairs to carry up bags.

The location was absolutely stunning ..

No hot water..

The location and the views of this apartment are exceptional. You are high above everything around you with great 360 degree views. You can walk just about anywhere. It was very homey and comfortable and quiet. The air conditioning was a god send.

The lift is not working so the stairs to the 4th floor on the roof top is a grind. The terrace has no shade during the day so was unusable. Early morning and at night it was sensational. A large umbrella on the roof terrace would have been welcomed.

Very good accommodation. Quiet enough for Valletta, only occasionally we were disturbed by other residents, but for a town during all holidays and events, super quiet. Facilities very good, apartment on the 3rd floor, great view, could eventually go several times a day without lift, 53 steps. The shop across the street is quite an advantage, carrying water from the city is not convenient. Excellent location by the gardens and walking distance to the center and connections to BUS or ferry. Awesome view from the kitchen window with dining and sitting area! Definitely 100% for us, with small espresso cups we would have given 105% :)

We were here for 14 days and we are not able to travel with little clothing, maybe more storage space and any storage in the bathroom. Definitely better functionality of the drawers. by the dresser and clothes rack. Maybe for a longer stay, once every X days would be good to arrange a cleaning service with linen change included ( for the duration of our stay other apartments had to clean the whole place for other guests). This was offered at an extra cost. We were well provided with towels. For allergy sufferers or people with a fear of birds. A big pigeon coop and lots of pigeons and their droppings, big balconies that can't be used much, the surroundings and the people here have to suffer a lot with those huge pigeon coops. But they didn't disturb our stay in the end. We could even dry our laundry on the balcony.

The roof top view, the privacy, location, spacious accommodation, the kitchenette was well equipped and the decor. Free parking is available just outside the city walls in the Valletta Ditch off Great Siege Road and about a 10 minute walk to the accommodation (some stairs involved but there is an elevator for part). It fills up by 8am as you get charged for parking inside the city walls between certain days and hours so need to account for that. We just left the car there for the duration of our stay which made life easier and Valletta is very walkable.

Would’ve been nice to have access to a washing machine but not a big deal for us.

Apartment was in a very characterful building in a superb location. It was light and roomy with nice views from three aspects and had two balconies. Bed was comfortable and towels supplied were generous. Communications with hosts were very good. Self check in instructions were very clear.

The shower was crap, shower water left all over the bathroom floor due to poor bathroom design, 0 out of 10 for Bathroom. The rest of the apartment was awesome.

the location was fantastic. Lovely apartment nicely decorated. Convenience store right across the road. Agent acted quickly when we told them no hot water. Had none for 2 and a half days but rectified asap.

The lift not working (we knew) and six flights of stairs at the end of the day a bit much. White powder/dust drops from the ceiling constantly and deposits all over our clothes and luggage. Owner said old buildings and nothing can be done.

Convenient location, attractive decoration, spacious bedroom.

No blinds or curtains in living room, which allowed apartments across the road to see in and this was particularly inconvenient as one of the two of us was sleeping there. the bathroom was uncomfortably small with nowhere to put anything except on the floor, which got wet when the shower was used as the latter had no door. it was good there was an iron but there was no ironing board. the kitchen facilitates were minimal - barely enough bench space to set down a bowl/plate and a cup. Not ideal for anyone arriving early (which was our only option) - we were grateful for access from 10:30 am onwards but, with no cafes nearby, we still had to sit in a park for an hour until then (fortunately it wasn’t raining!). also not ideal for those with other than light luggage, as there is no (working) lift and the stairs are narrow, winding and worn.

The location.

The bed was new but poor quality and not comfortable enough. The lift was out of order and the steps on the stairs are made of stone and very steep and spiral. The check out is too early and a request for a late check out was ignored. The apartment is very well located and nicely decorated but the furniture is not comfortable enough for relaxing. I would not stay here again and I was glad I only stayed one night.

The location was fantastic! All places of interest are near by and calm. City center, Bus station, the square, the fountain you name it and from the apartment it was reachable within few minutes.

Very nice renewed flat in the center of the city cose ti everything. Very nice design and details.

very small bathroom, very difficult to get hot water and flow is ridiculously low, elevator is not to be used by guests (only cleaning team), our apartment was on the third floor, steps are high, bed is small

very clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet pretty location but within walking distance of all attractions ( around 5 minutes ).

It would of been nice if the lift that took us directly into our apartment was working ( think there is a key needed which we didn’t have ). the lighting although beautiful was not really adequate in the kitchen area for cooking. didn’t really affect us but the tv channels didn’t work.

- I have overseen the fact, that the apartment is partly in the basement. The bed is on the ground floor, so that you sleep just beside the entrance door and hear all the usual Maltese noise very closely - kitchen, sitting area and bathroom are situated downstairs - you can't reach the stairs if the bed is open

I loved everything about this apartment. perfect location, close to busses, ferry and old town, very clean, comfortable bed, nicely stylish furnitured, nicest helpful host

Location!

There were pigeons nesting on the balcony which were very noisy and woke us up most nights.

Location is very good. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars.

Expensive for low season.

Great location, right inside the city walls on a quiet street. Apartment was well laid out, with a bedroom on ground floor level and a large living area in the basement. Good en suite, and decent kitchenette. Good instructions from the hosts re how to check in, and help with booking airport transfers in each direction. Very quick response to any questions from the hosts. Everything in Valletta is walkable from the apartment, and the bus station is 5 minutes away, for anything further afield.

My only problem was, as a light sleeper, I found the bedroom a bit noisy, particularly on the one night that the pub next door stayed open late. The hosts did forewarn me of this, however, and it was only one night that pub was open late. And it should be noted that it is a small pub so most evenings there was no noise at all from it.

Well located, clean and stylish. Recommended. Lovely views.

Everything was great. It is right in center of Valletta, close to the main tourist attractions. Communication with the host was great. She was very kind. We had an excellent stay!
