Logement très confort, parfaitement équipé avec mise à disposition de serviettes de piscine et de plage. La chambre est bien agréable avec une grande terrasse qui a été appréciée lors du confinement pendant le dernier cyclone. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et variés et tout le personnel est très gentil. L'extérieur est également magnifique.

Precioso y muy acogedor, con muchos detalles como tener garrafa de agua fria para rellenar. Las piscina es un pequeno oasis. Buen anfitrion.

We very much enjoyed staying at the "good life". The breakfast was fantastic— very healthy and delicious, and I was looking forward to it since the day before! The atmosphere, especially the pool and sunbeds, made for incredibly relaxing days. Plus, the host put so much heart into everything, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Was definitely the best stay in Mauritius for us:)

Everything was perfect! I recommend (in general) renting out a car in Mauritius. Makes it way easier to get around:)

Everything about the property were well thought of , the lodges are very comfortable and squeaky clean .

The staff were very nice and helpful, they are very friendly, also the facility was very clean and the food was very delicious.

The AC was off during the day and only worked at night.

Antoine ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber, der sich individuell um seine Gäste kümmert und auch immer ansprechbar war. Egal ob Restaurantreservierungen, Restauranttipps oder Mietwagen - er hat uns immer mit einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht geholfen. Aber auch der Rest des Personals war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, top! Zudem waren die Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet und der tolle Garten und Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstück war zudem das Beste auf der gesamten Reise und speziell die Pfannekuchen waren genial!

Die Unterkunft ist doch etwas ab vom Schuss. Leider ist kein Restaurant zu Fuß zu erreichen und ein Mietwagen ist dringend erforderlich, da es abends in der Unterkunft keine Möglichkeit zum Essen gibt. Mit Mietwagen ist es kein Problem.

Ruhiger und sehr komfortabler Spot mit idyllischen Garten und tollem Pool. Nur 8 Zimmer. Service wird hier groß geschrieben. Ausstattung gehoben. Super Frühstück und Lunch.

Die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundlichkeit, das exzellente Frühstück, die liebevolle Anlage mit den kleinen feinen Details und besonders die sehr guten Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Boots Touren und Ausflugsziele! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Such an amazing place and great hospitality. It looks amazing on the photos already, but once you're there it's a whole different level. Loved the service, the pool view and the nice surroundings. Everything was perfect!

A little oasis which Antoine and his wife have built. We enjoyed our stay from the healthy and very tasty breakfast over an amazing service to the lovely rooms. Moreover, the hosts took time each morning to provide ideas about trips and things to see on the island. As the resort has only 8 rooms, it’s very quite and peaceful. 🫶🏼

The mouth watering food, the friendly staff, the intimate feel, the beautiful setting. This is a really wonderful place and we didn't want to leave. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the rooms are super comfortable. We were glad we chose a room with air conditioning.

There's nothing really worth mentioning. There's occasional noise from passing cars but that's about it.

The Good Life is a quaint, cozy property in Cap Malheureux with chic and sustainable rooms, great amenities, and delicious breakfast. There are yoga mats in each room (which I took advantage of), cozy bed, and really anything you can think of. The host & staff are very friendly and accommodating. Antoine took the time to walk me through all of the activities both near the hotel and across the whole island, and sent several restaurant recommendations. To top it all off, I had a scuba dive on the day of check-out, and they were able to provide me with a late check-out so that I could come back and shower before leaving. I actually left my passport in the room when I departed and they were quick to reach out to me and made it easy for me to come back and pick it up. Would highly recommend!

It's pretty buggy on the property, so just be sure to bring bug spray and apply it generously. Also, there aren't a ton of restaurants within walking distance, but there are some that will send a free cab, but would recommend driving a car.

Amazing little resort! Very comfortable, absolutely spottless and clean; great healthy breakfast with homemade juices, fruit salads with fruits from the garden, homemade granola and marmelade; excellent service and very friendly staff; very welcoming hosts giving great tips and help at all times; cold water available 24/7 for refill into jars (plastic free place); pool is stunning, quiet and has comfortable beds; WIFI excellent at all times. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and would definitely and highly recommend this oasis.

The owners are very kind and responsive. They explain where to go and what to see and also provide a list of activities and contacts. The breakfast is homemade and delicious, especially the french toast and the yogurt with granola. The water in the pool has a very natural feeling, and there is no taste or smell of chlorine which makes swimming in it very comfy If you are planning to spend some time in the north, i would definitely suggest booking some nights here.

Not really a fault of anyone, but the place is full of mosquitoes. Make sure to bring a repellent body spray.

They gave all the necessary information and good advice about the island. Staff and hotel owners are friendly and welcoming. There are many places to see on the island. My advice to travelers is to rent a car.

A charming little oasis with the most welcoming and helpful hosts. Poolside rooms have a spacious terrace and the entire pool area is a great place to relax. Great breakfast.

Very friendly hosts. Excellent service. Rooms were neat and everyone there were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was top notch. Loved everything about the stay.

Breakfast is delicious, you can pick different foods each day acompanied by fresh juice and coffee. The internet works great. The stuff was incredibly amazing, so nice and friendly, the owner helped us with plenty of tips about Mauritius. The room is super dreamy, the backyard is extraordinary to relax. The pool is great too.

Staying at the Good Life was the best start into our holidays. Antoine and Estelle are so warm-heathy and caring and gave us so many helpful tips. The staff is super friendly and made our stay very pleasant (and the breakfast is amazing). Also the rooms and the garden with the pool is just incredible, clean and an atmosphere to relax in. We would 100% recommend staying there and will come back for sure.
