Lo mejor es la ubicación, cerca al malecón, a grandes supermercados, buenos restaurantes, se consigue de todo y es un sector seguro, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, además una excelente atención por parte de todos los trabajadores del hotel.

The room was small although comfortable. The hotel is modern but a bit “soulless “.

Stay away from this hotel if you plan to book through booking.com. They overbooked, they didn't even bother to call me, send me a message or cancel the reservation. When I got to the hotel around 7pm the lady, not very nice by the way, in the counter just told that they overbooked and there was no rooms available and that they won't cancel the reservation. On the next day they marked it as a no-show. Terrible costumer service.
