the window didn’t close properly therefore the room was freezing cold blinds broken the bathroom was dirty shower especially

Room was not ready until the next day. I couldn't check in on the date. Very poor experience

Nothing about it

The service from the team was very bad. I called from 8am to confirm my booking and noone called me back regardless of the amount of times i called them. I drove all the way from Leicester to the property and was lucky to find a cleaner leaving the property. She even told me that she had just finished cleaning the room yet i was meant to have checked in the day before. That explains why they were not cornfirmig my booking. The cleaner then let me after 30mins. I wouldnt recommend anyone to book there. There are also guys who seem to stay they permanently and act as if they own the place. One of them was actially sleeping on the sofa in the lounge. The place is not good 0/10 The shower is very small u cant even bend to pick anything neither can u turn. The shower pressure is very low

The room was cold and the bed was full of springs,had to sleep on the floor.
